Boil your crab or any meat of choice, add your yams(optional) add little salt, when almost cooked add the ajumbaise and the spices cover and leave to boil for at least 30min.

No need for oil or seasoning cubes.

Remove the ajumbaise and keep aside for next use.


This can go on its own with or without any staple.

I’ve been really slacking in the kitchen for a long time now. No motivation to cook.

Salmon with veggies ( this was so good. I’d pay for the recipe but I’m sure the chef would never give it)

Looking at the Salmon, I'd say the chef seasoned it with black peppers, salt and either parsley or oregano before searing it in a pan. (using olive oil)

Those tomatoes look like plum tomatoes so would have seared them too in the pan, steamed the green beans and drizzled a bit of olive oil once cooked.

Na my opinion o, before babes tries my ogbonge recipe and thinks wtf!
