I am writing this with a painful and sad mind, after trying to digest it, i just keep vomiting it, because it is unbelievable that my Just wedded sister is gone. Please doctors in the house, i need you help to understand this..

Last year October, my elder sis married, we were all happy because she is a good person, and really take good care of our parents while we were absent (the rest children).

Fast forward, early this year, i heard my elder sister was pregnant, what a joyful news abi? ok, last 3 weeks i was called that she was sick, so i thought its due to the pregnancy that no big deal.

Later on, i called her husband and he explained that my elder sister is urinating blood, and they are passing blood into her body as well, and doctors said she had bladder infections, but they cannot treat her because of her pregnancy. I was furious that if she cannot bear the pregnancy, they can put the 4-6month baby side tube, since there is money(my parents money oo, they are the one feeding the husband self, because he is just private school teacher with 15k income), but the husband insisted that he want my sister to carry the baby for 7 months, then they can start treating my sister.

The painful thing was my own mother was there and she cannot instructed the doctors to start treating my sister, since she will have another more babies, the doctors said the husband has the final say on it.

When the pain was unbearable to my sister again, she started crying that she want to live, that they should operate her and carry the baby out, finally, the husband accepted and the operation was carried out successful. To our dismay, 9hrs later, she was confirmed dead.

I cannot type much, so my question is this
can bladder infection leads to death?
can my sister death be averted if the operation was perform from the onset?
Also can i blame the husband? because this marriage never up to 1year.

It is sad that a soul was lost due to all these.

I can only advice you to let it all go and don't put blames on anyone, it will make you feel so bad the more you think about it.
Look at it as an act of God (he giveth and taketh).
If you blame the hubby, you will only hate him for the rest of your life ( and i don't think you want that).
May God give your family to bear this great loss.
I pray you get over it a bit somehow.
It shall be well with you all.

i just cannot comprehend how they will gamble with my sister life, and mum was fasting and praying instead of her to fight for her daughter. she has been crying since friday.. I just wish i wake up from this dream and warn my sister not to marry him

Please don’t blame anyone. I’m sure he wouldn’t want her to die too. What does he have to gain from her death? Same with your Mum, please don’t blame her. She is hopefully in a better place now. Let her rest. Don’t fight her battle.

I don't believe this story.
Mumble jumble.
First no hospital or Dr can tell you a woman with so called bladder infection cannot be treated in pregnancy.
Secondly,if your so called sister accepts treatment,a Dr cannot still have to wait for husband approval,when it's not surgery.
To disprove this your fairy tale,mention the so called hospital all these happened.
I bet the story never happened or the real events and clinical picture are totally different from the mumble jumble you posted.

It's either you made some things up or you were not told the whole truth of her clinical condition and medical history that led to her death.
You said the drs said they can't treat your sister with a bladder infection bcoz of her pregnancy,utter crap!
Even at very early stages of pregnancy,its imperative that any infection detected in a pregnant lady is urgently addressed due to risks to her and the fetus.
Then you said because of the pain she now consented to CS the husband had refused earlier!
Pain arising from what?
Unless she was diagnosed with a Cancer,no other reason would cause her so much pain,bleeding in pregnancy.

Calm down now,do you expect her to pen every detail? She even tried doing this,last time I lost a close relative I couldn't even come on social media for days, pity her now.
