Okay let me tell you about yesterday. Yesterday, I spoke to someone, he refused to say how he got my number! Can you believe that up till now someone can give advance of 1million Naira to get a US visa?? But that's not the one that scattered my head ooo . The visa is supposed to be a nonappearance US Visa!!!.

This fellow may be reading this and may think am airing stuff but he still have to balance another 1 million before collecting his plane ticket to "Chicago or Texas".

One other Lady has made a great mistake with her F2 visa, couldn't help her much, i wish someone can....but how can you help these people if they fear and will never ask You see, some people will never post here, even if the problem is about to kill them because of fear or shame....

Thanks so much. But with this US embassy, there don't seem to be a way of doing it right to be sure of getting the visa. I witnessed a lot of interviews that went well yet was refused.Some people answered their questions very well, had good travel history,had their burden of proofs, etc. But were refused. I remember the case of a lady who had a child about 8 yrs ago, she has been doing drop box, travel to the states every year (i got this from her interview as she was being asked questions pertaining to some of those travels). The VO even asked questions about her recent travel to france. Yet she was refused. This is someone that has done drop box several times. Yet one lady that has only been to Spain was issued the visa. It just shows there is no fast rule but we should try to tick all the boxes as much as we can and hope the system approves our visas.

99% of the time, people applying for a visa do not appeal to the discretion of the CO. That you have traveled to the US or other countries does not guarantee getting a US visa. It can be an added advantage, but not a deciding factor. When you don't have the facts or circumstance of each case, you cant assume why they were given the visa or not.

I have seen a lot of people who,as a Nigerian, i know they qualify for the visa, but yet they are denied. I listen to them and ask them how, they answered or presented their cases, and when they tell me, i make them know that even if i was the CO i wouldn't give them the visa.

These VO's are not witches or wizards to know your intent of traveling at a "particular time", so you have to prove and demonstrate to them your true intent of wanting the visa at that "particular time".

You need to be on the other side to understand what these COs see.

He has every right not to answer such allegation especially when he was not the one alleged to have engaged in sham marriage and on a faceless forum like. You people are asking me not to defend him but everyone of you has spent almost 24hrs attacking him and not a single person is defending him. So tell me what fairness means to you
