Mariesio: Madam....that is the account that he is claiming has issues so anyone that wants to assist him investigate can use it as a reference? Meanwhile is her account number the most important thing here? Or my own and his own counter claims? I thought he made an epistle on how I scammed him? Why are you all not now asking him what others have been asking me all day? Is there a double standard? That account will form part of a court document so leave it there 6 Likes |

Nihilstjnr: Exactly, dowjones has to actually provide evidence to back up his claim. He has already brought the case to the public domain, then he has to provide proof to back up his claim. We are here though. |

Nihilstjnr: Apart from the accuser.... I am yet to see anyone claim he has done anything wrong here.... especially not me who is very cautious about labelling someone a scammer however I do agree with the point tabaz raised about him going straight to the point here....which is....where is the $3,000? The accuser is claiming he got scammed of $3,000.... Meaning he is yet to get a refund of $3,000 from whatever transaction that joined them to start with.....so where is the guys $3,000? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Bitcoin: My brother the insult was not even directed at anyone.. it was not even directed at a mod! .it was a comment made on its own! But they gave me 3 months and gave the guy who came and attacked me 2 days? It is normal for me....because I never complain when they do it so the plan was since I can't comment these claims would have festered so that they would paint me black! Look at how man scammers are insulting me here today but the mods are waiting for me to cross the line so that they can ban this handle too! |

diggz: Not holding brief for Funlord bro but go through what Funlord has posted so far and the circumstances surrounding the $3,000. If you want to seek for refund for anything, you have to provide proof that what you paid for was defective or in this particular case, you have to show proof that indeed the receiving bank has returned the money back to the originating bank. Do you know that before the receiving bank can term a payment fraud, it must have received information from the originating bank that they will not honor the transaction and as such the transaction will be termed “Returned item” on the receiver account and will be credited back to the “Originating bank”. Since it’s a bank to bank transfer, how then will the receiving bank put the same money on “HOLD” when it has already been returned? For a fraud department of a bank to term a transaction fraudulent means that the originating bank is refusing to honor the payment and as such the receiving bank has no choice than to send back the payment to the originating bank unless someone called the originating bank or the receiving bank that someone fraudulent transferred money out of their account to the said account. All this is very easy to resolve with proof. 7 Likes 1 Share |
