good evening peep's please am unable to download apps on playstore i did all i could but noway out, each time i click "Install" on play store instead of the download to start it brings something like this "Waiting for Wi-Fi" it doesn't use Netowork, how can i change it to Network please

Dear friend, don't mind some unhelpful guys here.. Am here because of you. Check your 'Security' app's -> Data usage -> Restrict data usage -> System tab. Within system check Downloads is allowed to use Mobile data. If it doesn't work let me know

If it doesn't work, go to your play store then click on the settings .... Go to the update on WiFi, then select data
