If You want to leave long my advice for you is to get a car.. okada is very dangerous in the high way... becareful..

Are you married? If no, why not consider relocating? This your idea could be risky. And if you are married and won't be able to relocate going to Ajah via commercial vehicle shouldn't be expensive.

Yaba to Lakowe is no joke!

Its a journey.

Relocate or buy a car, or better still, made do of public transport for few months......... But the offer is worth it.

Lakowe is a fucking cheap area to rent a small apartment even on a pay and pack in basis. Just a day search with ur money ready you get a place u can pack into next day.

I don't see the sense of buying power bike and risking your life in such long distance.

If your budget is still low, u can try Bojige, also a very cheap place to get a little place to rest ur head after work

There are a number of factors to consider. Money is not always the determining factor. In the near future, can you consider renting a place at Ajah, I understand that rent is not so expensive in that axis.

Meanwhile, are there other tradeoffs? Is the new Job similar to the old one? Does it afford you same time, does the new offer include Pension and Medical plan? does the old job offer Pension and Medical plan?

When you consider people who work in Ajah, Lekki and live at Berger and Mowe, you will see that the distance is not the major consideration. In a short while, you will adapt to getting to work early and the distance will shrink in your eyes mind.

Oga go and rent house in that area or better still go by commercial bus, u can as well go to nairaland auto section and request for cheap car from any of the dealers and see who can sell to you on installment basis.

Just get an apartment at Lakowe or Ajah.

Lagos drivers hate seeing bike, to be on the safe side, buy a car, or still use public transport, you won't spend up to 70k a month using public transport
