while another group of people feels that wasn't the case and that the case hadn't been dealt with in the most justified way because dj wasn't asked why he sent back the 700k and they believe this major flaw in this issue was overlooked due to ppls emotional feelings and sentiments , they too have a case .

this case got out of hand due to funlord handling of this matter , this is a matter which dj wanted to settle offline but funlord attitude and bad response forced the complaint to come out , we cant deny the fact that funlord and tabbaz have both contributed immensely to helping to curb scam on this thread , he even forwarded the scam details of a scammer to me and asked me to notify the thread and tabbaz about that scammer just last week. but at times even in the law court , the attitude and behavior of an accused can tilt the judgement in favour of him or her in obtaining a lighter sentence , but you cant go to a court as an accused and be insulting the jury , lawyers,witnesses and judges and expect to come out unscratched , the truth is cash deposit business on nairaland is a network thing and virtually all agents have done deals with one another at one time or the other, some may have gone south and ppl may have been nursing such grudges for long , this funlord case will open many more issues and cases if allowed to drag on .

finally my own opinion is for the thread to be locked down in order to allow tempers to cool

Yes, Funlord's approach to the matter escalated the whole issue - I mean why block someone you still have on-going biz gone wrong with?

No compassion at all for the innocent girl who is at receiving end now.

And help me answer this question pls....

If you call someone your biz partner and one of your clients mistakenly or for whatever reason as long as he's not owing them, sent them 700k and your partner confirms receiving it, would it be difficult for you to tell your partner to please release your client's money for your brand's/name sake?

- the so called biz partner is even the cause of the whole gbege! She's the one everyone should be after and Funlord should lead the chase!
