According to a report published by TMZ, Justin Bieber proposed to Jessica Baldwin after dating for just one month. The 24-year-old Canadian singer reportedly proposed to the 21-year-old model on Saturday evening in the Bahamas during dinner at a local restaurant. A source speaking to PEOPLE, said that the proposal was kind of surprising, and same time, it was not, as Bieber has been extremely happy these past few weeks he had been dating Jessica. He also stated that proposal was not all that sudden, as he had known her quite some time. Bieber’s father who got married in Jamaica in February, hinted at the engagement news on Instagram Sunday, writing; “@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!” The singer’s mother who seemed to be happy with her son’s proposal, referenced the engagement on Twitter, writing; “Love Love Love Love Love Love Love.” Locals who witnessed the proposal speaking to TMZ, said that everyone was Salsa dancing when Justin’s security told everyone to put their phones away, because something special was about to happen, just before he proposed. The singer reportedly proposed in front of everyone.
