Boil some water and pour into a bucket or big bowl. You may add silverbird or put mentholatum in the bucket before pouring the water. Sit with your baby beside the bucket and make sure the steam from the boiled water is reaching you both well. Get someone to cover you both with a thick cloth or blanket so the steam doesn't escape. Stay and inhale the steam till drops of sweat starts forming on your faces.

I read ur diary and I laughed ehn PA toh bad .

I want to make a suggestion to you. Instead of chewing the meat before giving her,why not boil and blend? That's what I do for my princess now.

You boil ur chicken/beef( or both). Stock it like you normally stock ur meat but with reduced salt. Allow it cook well then debone and blend. If you are using chicken then remove the skin before blending. Pack it in an airtight container and put in the freezer.

You can put it in all her meals even already cooked ones and she doesn't have to chew it again.

I have minced meat that I pit in her meals. But she likes to chew meat so I just bite it a bit so it's chewable for her. Hubby has complained tire. But I will try to boil very well and see if she will be able to chew it. Thanks much

Please my son was circumcised on Friday and a ring placed on his penis. I was told the penis will swell but to press it with spirit and cottonwool. The thing is when I remove his pampers, I see some sort of sticky residue where his penis was.

The penis is still swollen and when I try pressing it, he screams so much, I feel xxxxxx.

I don't know what to do. The matron said if by Friday this week the ring has not fallen off, to bring the baby back to the hospital for them to remove it themselves.

I'm wondering if I should not press it anymore and just wait till Friday so I can take him back for them to remove it themselves.

My grandma said the should have done it another way where you will simply use olive oil after the circumcision has been done.

I need ur help.my baby has not been breathing well.Her nostril is blocked and dry. and no running nose.We v been to d hospital twice d doctors keep saying it will clear.in d hospital something was fixed into her nose to either soften or remove it but it didn't work.they gave us drugs for cold and now piritin.and advice I steam her.I v done all that my baby's breath is still not ok

Have you tried baby tribotan? Or cacatin?

Cacatin actually worked for my princess

What are you currently using on her skin? It may be a reaction to something. Stop powder (I assume that's what the white thing is) for now. Sudocrem is strong in my personal opinion, baby tribotan is better

You can use Wright coal tar soap,it works.
