do you know what is called poor performance?

To release average of 1.2tr naira every year for capital project is a poor performance? Against the backdrop that up to 500b naira in total was never release for capital project in 16yrs.

The jobless aggressive lazy idiotic pigs of Biafra will not like buhari, not because he has not done more than 16yrs of PDP,
But because he is not sharing the money.
Its better he don't release money than release money that is relooted, where are the capital projects, projects like Babachil lawal cutting grass?

Do unto others as you want to be done unto you.
GEJ visited Lagos to campaign, Fashola did not welcome him. Same thing goes to Ekiti.
Campaign visits are matters of personal interest and affiliation.
If the president is in any state for official purpose, the governor must accord all due honour to him. But not on campaign basis since they have different political interest.
The noisemaker lawyer is irrelevant.

Before the 2014 Ekiti election, Fayemi was teargassed by the police on the orders of Fayose and the then PDP led federal government. Opposition governors like Amaechi and Oshiomole were prevented from entering Ekiti to support the then incumbent governor. Despite that, Fayemi still went to Akure to receive Jonathan. We should never take politics to a very dirty level were hatred is the order of the day. This decision shows clearly that Fayose is an intolerant dictator who lacks decency and democratic ideals.

Below is Fayemi welcoming Jonathan in 2014.

what is wrong about not receiving PMB. The custom of receiving a president when on a visit to a state is only tenable when the president is on official trip to the state. Even at that it is not written anywhere in Nigeria's law that a president must be received. In this instance, the president is on a private visit, and so the Governor has a discretion to receive him or not. it is in a lazy country that a president wants everyone to come and greet him, carry his umbrella, his bag and if possible feed him. Ekiti state is part of Nigeria and part of the president's jurisdiction. Does he need anyone to welcome him when on a tour of his jurisdiction? I remember late Bola Ige said he was stunned when as a Minister of state for Power, his staff brought him #300k as his tour allowance for touring power installation inside Abuja. He said he challenged them that is this how you people spend Nigeria's money. In any civilised work, a president making such political trip to a campaign rally like Ekiti would be asked to bear cost of fuelling for his aircraft and allowances for his aircrew. In Nigeria, we make thin God out of our leaders.

The lawyer is more foolish. Why won't he receive monthly allocation? Is Buhari the owner of Nigeria Budget?

Fayose has right not to receive PMB since d dullard is only going there for campaign against him and his party and not to commission federal govt project which none exists in Ekiti.

This must be an APC BMC charge and bail lawyer

From what you are saying, there are no senators, no representatives from Ekiti state, why does it have to be Buhari that will commission project when there is a governor, 3 Senators and more that 5 house of assembly members in Ekiti!

Whether you like it or not he is the president, until when he leaves, he must be respected as such!

Hear this Yeye Lawyer who cannot discern private business from a public one. May be he wants Fayiose to waste his official allocation to host the President whenever he comes calling to bleep his "Ekiti Girl Friends"?

My fear is that Buhari, the most senseless tribal hollow block brain should not rope and frame Fayosa when he is out of power, because that is the lastest. If one is incompetence, he should just admit and resign but Buhari will preffer to rame people here and there.

The year and the time is inconsequential, the point is, he received him even when they are in different parties.
lackren:
#Facts are sacred

Our APC friends are saying that Fayemi received President Jonathan in 2014 when he came to campaign for Gov Fayose in Ado Ekiti.

They are using the above picture to authenticate their LIE.

#Lie Busted!
The picture was taken during the Jonathan/Sambo presidential campaign of 2011.

In fact, this is the Christ's School football field where the president's chopper landed in 2011.

Receiving Jonathan in this picture was then FCT Minister of State, Caleb Olubolade.

Please note that during the Guber campaign visit to Ekiti in 2014, President Jonathan came by road via Ikere.

ii. Olubolade in the above picture had resigned as minister and had lost the Guber primary

iii. Fayemi did not welcome the president in 2014 as he was busy campaigning at Okemesi on that fateful day.

iv. Fayemi reacted to President Jonathan campaign visit by organising his APC people to sweep the streets of Ado Ekiti the following day and attack PDP supporters, leading to the murder of Kehinde Akinola at Ijigbo Roundabout, Ado Ekiti.
#FactsAreSacred

Lastly, President Buhari is coming to Ekiti to campaign and not on an official visit.

When herdsmen were killing people here in Ekiti, we didn't see the President and his APC people.

If the President is coming to flag-off or commission projects, he will be received by the governor and the people of Ekiti.

In a sane country this won't be a big deal no matter what, but in a place where we have gutter politics like Nigeria I will say he's doing the right thing.
We all know afterall that the President is there for campaign not the state.

That's Nigeria for you, we claim we are democratic, but the government of Nigeria is authoritarian in all category ... How would Barr Richard Akinnola say that the government would withhold state monthly funds just because he (the governor of Ekiti state) denied seeing him, is he Queen Elizabeth or does he have a Royal throne. The president in my view is coming for a personal purpose and not generally for the incumbent governors works for the state of Ekiti, what he can do at least, is send a representative to the government of Nigeria, being that his the Supreme head, and they both part their ways... Simple.

Fayemi has never been a strong opposition. He rarely voiced out his disagreement with Jonathan's government. Perhaps he thought he could ride on Jonathan's visit to propel himself back in office....He's still learning how politics is played. Fayose, Oshoko...Ayodele, Peter...the Rock on the other hand has been very consistent in crucifying PMB even right before the 2015 general election. So in congruence with his usual stance, Fayose is very right not to welcome PMB. His visit should have come much longer...,not 5days to election.
