Question would be who benefits? Poor/rich, nations that sell the machines, who keeps them functioning, is machine even desirable given the size of the population, given that Nigerian poor(typically very vocal) will believe machine is for the rich only even if some poor benefits but not all poor in every nook and cranny and then there will be politicization.
