My guy has been using itel P51 for some couple of months now and there is no complain from him except the slow charging. You are not lucky .....

Itel phones r really good....Have been using d p51 for a year now and it's working fine.....
I even added Itels32 to it last month and They r both working fine till now....

Why is there so much complaints about itel phones?

That's not true... Itel brand is very unique... I don't have itel p51, but I know of people who use it and never complain for once.... I have been using itel 1516plus for over a year now and still rocking it... Let's always make our findings well before jumping into conclusion.

That must have been a manufacturer's defect. It happens to all phone brands.

I'll advice that you take it to CarlCare. They should be able to help out (and possibly replace it).

You had ONE bad experience and you are 'offering' advice...

Sir, Itel Mobile is not the cause of your bad battery... Your first charge and the way you use your phone while charging tell alot on your battery life.... Battery ain't a fuckën problem of Itel Mobile....

my girl friend uses p51 and she bought in February,none of wat u said has happened to her phone.that it happened to u doesn't mean all p51 is bad

Condeming itelMobile Nigeria is not an option for you purchasing a phone and start developing fault is not a manufacturer's fault, we all know the Uncertainty that's is with an electronic you should not have been talking like this, Atleast when you see a fault you could have try to take the phone to Carlcare to fix the issue, but for you condeming the product here is not the best option, Atleast they have helped the masses in trying to bridge the gap between the high class and Lower class intern of obtaining an Android device at affordable price. kudos to itelMobile Nigeria.
