Any brilliant dude can make it. I studied Civil engineering in polytechnic and never have carryover once in a lifetime. If you said mine is polytechnic, I would have made the same thing in university cos I made UPPER Credits @ HND and UPPER Credit @ advanced certificate in Land survey.

Students in Chinese universities are graduating with a perfect CGPA of 5.00, its so unfortunate that someone in this part of the world is asking if it is possible to graduate without a carryover

Very possible. I never had a carryover all through uni.

I failed one course though but it wasn't a compulsory course and my units were complete.

The lectures said it was pointless to redo it.

It is very possible. I graduated from ossce ila orangun without any carryover. But my first year in unilorin I had one carryover but didn't stop me from graduating wt d best result.

Yes my brother did it. Although I couldn't (Had about 3 co but pass them all before graduating) but we both graduated with second class lower division.
