I think the designer at GISTMORE need to improve on his letter writing skills. He/She would have corrected the editor who gave him/her such poorly drafted official letter if he had a nice skill set on letter writing

The school was like

'At all at all...'

It probably was mandatory back in the day to gift the best students that token upon graduation but as with other rot in the Nigerian system, it was left stagnant. How do I know? Once checked out my faculty journal back in school when it was glaring that someone will be leaving in flying colors (hoping to find the exact gift or cash the lucky girl was supposed to get from the department or faculty).
Turns out that part of the handbook/journal was last revised in the 80s or maybe 90s as it still contained the same worthless prize going by today's estimates. Nobody told her, she kukuma removed her mind and jejely took her result home in peace.
