as an organisation you should be a professional in your approach and don't issue threats. the frustration is to be expected so bear with it as PROFESSIONALS do. you aren't experiencing what some feel but its your job to inform and educate and when the need arises reassure..

Kudos to the Npower team. Please I tried changing my surname from my maiden to my husband name but Its not changing, also changing my bank account to the one that bears my new surname but its not changing also. Please what can I do as I have sent numerous emails to you and you promised to help. Please what can I do

Dear 2017 Applicants,

We are aware that you are unhappy about how long your deployments have taken and that is fully understandable.

We have read your comments expressing displeasure over the situation and we acknowledge the need for you to express yourself.

However, it would be much better if we can be civil in our utterances. While the situation is not a happy one for any of us, our ability to keep clear heads will be very vital to us steering out of it.

Let us try to treat ourselves with respect. I will remain here to attend to your questions and convey necessary information to you. I ask that you treat us with equal respect in the hope that soonest, this delay would be resolved.

As we have officially announced, the deployment is still scheduled to take place this month barring any unforseen circumstance.

I thought this program is suppose to run from Dec 2017 to Nov 2019? Why not stick to that rather than extending it unnecessarily. Again, N tax that has been undergoing training and being posted nko? U people should harmonize this tin and pay all interns as was in the previous batch.

I've done that times without number but it keeps telling me error:first name is invalid and I've sent message to help and support, still no response

@NPOWER, I am one of those suppose 2016 beneficiaries. But I applied for redeployment. I had done verification in my new state of residence along with d 2017 Pre-selected candidates.. the question is I checked and my name was not among the successful verified. But I was surprised to receive calls from NPOWER asking me for my details....
