The distance between my local government where i registered and where they said i should go and collect it is shocking, There should be a way in which they can send that stuff to individual ward and even homes, if they want to collect money abi tax from someone now you will see them coming day and night. sending letters like their life depends on it.

I should take permission from a paying job to go and look for a PVC that does not change anything!

OK thank you I will do that but we have submitted attestation letter to the focal person which was claimed that they have forwarded it to Abuja since March but the backlog has not been paid
