hello house I need an urgent answer from y'all, during jamb registration I was told to choose one state, one federal universities from jamb directives. but I chose lasu first on state university, uniben second as federal university. but when it's time to apply for post utme now in uniben, they specify first choice. can I still apply for the post utme.

Sorry bro, you were wrongly informed. You are to choose any university of your choice regardless of being state owned or federal. But do also know that, some universities only accepts first choice candidate to partake in their putme exam. Uniben is one who doesn't invite those that chose them as second choice. And you can't apply for Uniben putme. Best you can do for yourself because to me, there isn't a risk again....go and do a change of institution. And before doing it, do a research on state or federal university that invites those that chose them in their second choice of institution. All the best!
