I've been wondering the benefits of tramadol and why would someone just wake up to dose the substance.
What is really the goal of this practise.

I once had a room mate who takes 250g tramadol anytime he intends sleeping with a runs girl. That it makes him last longer Like seriously?? HOW??

it works differently on people.i only use it as a painkiller,and it works perfectly fine..I don't abuse it and I only use it during weekends especially Saturdays...
but my guy uses it as a sex enhancer

tramadol works by desensitization. that's how it relieves pain. It desensitizes the sensitive parts of the penis during sexual intercourse, thereby delaying or even inhibiting ejaculation. ejaculation usually comes about by stimulation of those penile sensitive areas (especially the tip of the penis).
