Advice needed pls... I order a phone from Ali express and it was delivered. On getting to nipost to collect d package, I was told I'll have to pay 10k cos a DN was attached to the package by customs. Plead but was told there's nothing they can do except I pay. The problem is I really think d nipost staffs want to rip me off and also I can't get d money. I was told d package w ill be returned in a months time. My question: is it advisable to wait for a month and allow the package to be sent back to d seller. Will I be given d tracking I D of d package once it is sent back (bearing in mind that I was not d one that initiate d return process). Hope there will not be a case of item lost during d process of sending it back... |

Please I am new to sending items and I am really planing of sending one this month. I have been hearing good things about NIPOST and i don't mind giving them a trial since its own thing. I am planning of sending a whole library to New York which could weigh between 100kg-150kg. The recipient (owner) advised I use UPS but d problem is that d amount suggested will be enough to buy a whole land. The issue now is that I wish to know what I am likely to face, or what are the things I need to get ready because its huge. I don't want to be seen as a novice, wen I get to my own local post office here at IPAJA,in Lagos. Is it even advisable to use d local office for such activity. I am scared of sending and never delivering. I won't be forgiven till thy kingdom come. U guys know how academicians cherish and adore their books. Pls I need suggestions. Tank you |

The last info on trackitonline and AUSPOST was only updated on the 7th. It indicated that items were inserted in the bag at LAGOS Air. Please help out somebody. Cheers |

EMS NIPOST. The most unreliable courier service one can ever think of. Use them at your own risk. |

@MrsNaira, please I need your help and my search out of total frustration led me here. I sent a letter to Canada on 29th August 2018 at NIPOST office at Obalende. I was informed that I wont be able to track it once it leave Nigeria and that it will take 15 days. I wasnt worried until the end of September when I didnt get any message from the Recipient. I went to NIPOST at Obalende, they claimed that they could not track it and gave me NIPOST Customer care number, I called them on 4th and 5th October and they gave some spurious reason such as network down etc and couldnot track same. Called twice today 8th October and I sensed the dribbling again. After much screaming the customer care agent confessed that they could not trace my parcel with the RL number, that I should visit IMPC in Marina, where they at times change the tracking number of international parcels. She could not even answer what IMPC stands for and where in Marina was IMPC located. Rather she said I should leave my email address and would forward same to me, that was the height of it for me. I screamed some more and she later said that I should go to IMPC office in NAHCO, Ikeja.......As in, I am frustrated. Please can you be of help? Or as anyone had a similar issue of not been able to track an international parcel sent from Nigeria, almost 2 months now. |

It my first time sending a product out, and is it possible to send it through NIPOST? |

Please I need help, a parcel was sent to me through parcelforce in UK to Nigeria since 10th October, I was told I would receive it on Friday this week , but I later realized that they have no offices here and I heard it will be delivered through post office. It's a registered mail, I am worried, I don't want delays. Please what do I do? Should I go to Post office and ask if mails from parcelforce get to them? Is it true. Some people said I have to track at impc on Time? Is that true, can I intercept it at Lagos? What is your advice? Do you have any number I can call... parcel number start with EE.... Different from RR... Does that mean EMS. Please I have a deadline at work. Please advice? |

FestlinENT:Hello house I sent my transcripts thru nipost as a registered mail on the 20th September 2018,contacted the school about it and was mailed that they are yet to receive it.i equally sent a mail to nipost and was told to contact the addressee to go to the local post office around that my document is ready for pick up,I thought it would be delivered to the address on the envelope as it was meant to be sent by the school directly but cos I wanted to cut cost I decided to sent using nipost. My question now is that;Is nipost not supposed to deliver it to the addressee? Does that mean that if the school doesn’t contact the nearest postal office ,wiould it be returned?(I My tracking number is RR053994604NG.it is to be delivered in Edmonton Canada. Please kindly help out.thank you |

I received my parcel today from EMS. The delivery guy collected money from me , just papers, saying it's delivery charge? It's that correct #1500 . Is that the norm? Is that what they do? |
