@happytbaby, I think his master alone should give him a good score.

quote author=happytbaby post=69334579]Lol, you guys need to visit page zero o. Masters degree is higher than 'two or more', because the two or more...is a bachelors' degree and another bachelors' degree or diploma.

However, for your ACCA, it is okay to evaluate if it's your membership cert you are evaluating because you may convert the evaluation with 100 dollars for use with CPA Canada when you want to convert your ACCA to CPA.

That is what I said already, maybe you did not get my point. You may need to read the last page or two to get the genesis of the issue.

Good to have everything beforehand. However Sask is implementing new and improved Expression of Interest starting next week.

happytbaby:
Lol @ bolded. After checking them out, prepare all the required documents, have them scanned and saved on your system, get evidence of POF ready too so that once Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan open their portal, you apply immediately. Speed is key because people all over the world will be fighting over maybe 300 slots. Also monitor online forums so that you will know in advance of application opening. All will be well.

This has been addressed several times, you should have used the search button.

Anyways to reiterate, you must include it in his personal history, along with his other activities (education etc). That isnt negotiable(at least by the rules), what is, is the work history section. Any activity listed in work history must be evidenced while personal history wouldnt, unless his files ends up at the desk of an over zealous V.O, in that case you would get an ADR. you can always reply with an LOE stating it was contract jobs and knew it would be difficult to evidence as he was paid in cash, hence why you didnt list it in work experience. But its unlikely you would be quizzed over Personal history.

So it doesnt hurt to list all his jobs in the personal history section, though if you say he has been unemployed for all those years, it should be fine but i wonder if a V.O wouldnt find that even more absurd than the former scenario.
I beg to differ..the most important thing is not to leave gaps in between the 10years. The work history automatically populates in the personal history section. It's been said multiple times..anything to less complicate your application especially if you are not earning points on it.

Its the truth. My writing has always been better with BC.
tresbel:
Bless the Lord with me people... I am free from IELTS. Actually told myself it would be the last whether good or bad.
I had planned not to check my result till evening because my previous three attempts had me crying all day in the office and I end up having a bad day, but anxiety got the best of me.
Test day I got confused during the map section which left me unprepared when the next section began (Matilda n co). I counted 9 questions I wasn't sure of and I gave up and even started planning and gathering docs for Nova Scotia PNP.

1st attempt LRWS: 7.5,7.5,7.5,8 BC
2nd attempt LRWS: 8,7.5,6.5,7 MOD
3rd attempt LRWS: 8,8,6.5,8 MOD
4th attempt LRWS: 9,7.5,7,7.5 BC

Only God could have done it.
I have been a silent reader on this thread and I've learnt so much; I joined cochtrane's webinar for Listening after my first attempt. God bless you sir. I have gotten most of the requirements ready except PCC and medicals.
If you are still on the ielts journey, don't give up. I know it's easy for me to say now, but it's the truth. Pick up from the last try and push forward.
Besides, I think MOD writing is stricter, I think I wrote better essays in my second and third attempts. I ran back to BC since I did well at first attempt even being not so prepared. It's just my opinion though.
Thanks to all the beautiful contributors here; you guys are the best. Plus I enjoy d drama too.

Did the Dr just quit your hbp test or all the other tests ceased as well. I'm so confused by this your narrative.

HBP is not grounds for disqualification. Further tests can sometimes be done to confirm function of kidney. Goodluck to you. Remain calm

Its not that the Doctor quit the test... He said I should go back and rest well for 3 to 5 days, and that I should rest very well, do exercises morning and evening and also watch my salt intake, that my BP should go down. He also advised that I should buy a BP monitor and take morning and evening records of my BP within the period.

He then said that I should come back for the BP test when it drops, that he doesn't want to send the high BP record to CIC. He also conducted the X-Ray, blood and other tests.

I had this fear from everything i saw on here with MOD but because i had already paid, i was already committed.

My ielts result is disappointing. LRWS 9.0, 7.5,6.5,8.5. Im shocked at both my writing and reading and im definitely asking for a remark. Im confident that i did well in both and im really stupefied.

My result is out.

LRWS: 8.5 7.5 6.5 7.5

They didnt mark this thing well at all oh, but me i dont have their time. Even i am supposed to get 8 in reading sef, they are now sharing 0.5 on everythiing. I didnt prepare for any other Module except writing and i still get this stupid score.

If not that i have gotten nomination(600 marks), I would have sued them or requested for a remark. For the record I have never gotten 6.5 in writing. My ielts that expired was LRWS: 7.5 8 7.5 8 (I did that with British council) and I'm sure I wrote better in this exam. When I did Academic ielts I had 8 in writing.

Shior. Nansense and ingredients...

In other news, should I wait until i get my paper results before i enter the pool back. Since i have my TRF already. Is there a possibility that the paper result is different from what they uploaded.
Your concern should be to get back into the pool and have your nomination along side other info..

I believe u have done ur PCC. Arrange medicals and POF. And visa and RPRF money.

Congratulations! But would any band less than 6.0 been a problem?

My spouse was not ready to travel (good job also.) I explained in an LOE and mentioned the company. No issues. I got my passport stamped and sent to me.
But I think if wifey is not ready to follow, at least the children should be included in the apllication, because whether they go with you or not, you are going to pay for medicals for them as well as a PCC for your wife, the funds must also allow for all of them, so just include them.

I am almost done with my post-ITA profile, but I just noticed that my NOC (NOC2011 - 1112) states one of the requirements as follows - ''a master's degree in business administration (MBA) (concentration in finance) or in finance may be required''. However, I have an MSc in Economics and over seven years experience in this NOC. I hope the MBA requirement will not be an issue for me..

Elders in the house, kindly put in a word...

Thank you.

If he has worked and it is not in work history, it should be in personal history, else, it is misrepresentation. So how will it look when the VO goes to Linkedin and sees jobs that are not mentioned anywhere?

Or how will it look if such "an unemployed" spouse were to cough out N6M for POF? Did he steal it? Even if he is self employed, he would state it. Sometimes we may not see nexus between different bits of information but I assure you, the VOs connect all these dots. I totally agree with @einsteino
