please state the ''non facts''. all the stuffs i have said about the father are based on interviews and pictures dele's father provided.

i've read your response to basco unless you are speaking as a close confidant or someone in the know of dele's situation all you've wrote is speculation and personal opinion of the matter.

emmanuel adebayour that grew up in the nigerian african setting and now he has disowned his family. whether african or jand if you were a terrible parent the child will surely bone you.

nobody knows the true situation of things so it will be presumptuous to say any side is right.

my post to Basconvelli answers most of your questions, please read.

Can i humbly suggest what you are calling facts are not facts .

ijebus will even say they are not yorubas

forgiveness:

All Yorubas living or dead migrated from Nigeria, to be specific Ile Ife. That is why if you ask any Yoruba man in Togo, Benin, Ghana etcetera they will tell you dey are from Ile Ife or Oyo. Most of them will even tell you the village they identify with after they left Ife or Oyo.

Oral history is passed down to most of them to know where excatly they migated from in Nigeria and who of there relatives remains. The only Yoruba who will never claim he is from Ife or Oyo is Ijebu.

LOL.. Belgium made 9 changes in the team that beat England. Vermaleen and Boyata are not starters. Vertoghen, Kompany and Alderweireld are the starting center backs.

Boyata started the group games.

Hello folks.

Got questions for you guys.

I hope you all remember the Croats second striker Kalinic who refused to be subbed in, in the latter stage of their first group game against Nigeria at this Year's World Cup. It was reported that the coach sent him home for his indiscipline.

Back to the questions. If Croatia goes on to win the world cup, will Kalinic receive a medal been that he was registered for the tournament prior to the time he was sent home by his coach? Will he be treated as a player who got an injury that ruled him out for the rest of the tournament in the first match?

Boyata started the group games.

He started because of Kompany's fitness concerns resulting from a knock he received in their pre world cup friendly against Portugal.
Boyata was even lucky to be in the final 23 to start with.

Now in your desperate Dan moves you are scrapping the bottom of the pot.

I HAVE NEVER EVER SAID i have been involved OFFICIALLY with the NFF to organise football tournaments and or selection exercises. Yes i may know people in the NFF , but that is about it. I also do not know Doherty or Ademola and still don't know them.

Not sure why i should know them, particularly in my experiences with the NFF its all been about self seeking interest, for financial gain.

So please go back , bring out the post you said i CLAIMED . If you can not that makes you WHAT And you will remain that which is devoid of truth ,integrity and honour.

And do not be evasive, or start to make noise to muddy the waters, be plain spoken and for once TRUTHFUL .

Lol now you trynna be smart. Now you wanna be specific right? When u were going about saying u were once involved with the recruitments but had no leave because of the NFF dirty deals, u never told us u were not an OFFICIAL member grin

U were never an official member, that goes to tell that all ur claims and whatever u had with whoever was not official, hence u have no case, neither have u any reason to label the NFF criminals. U have no recognition and they never had u officially to do that job, so why then did u say U walked away from it because of whatever reason u gave? How can one walk away from something he was never officially part of?

Now we know the truth, the NFF never contracted u officially to help with recruitments, so stop claiming u were once involved but had to walk away.

U claimed to be smart and clean yet u were doing unofficial things, I guess for ur own benefits

Thank you Sir. Ask anyone who is a real west Africa traveller about Yorubas in Benin,Togo,Ghana and Cote d'voire and he will tell you that most are from Ejigbo in Osun state and they do come home during festivities.

In Ejigbo you don't need to come to Lagos to board ABC or chisco buses to west Africa especially Togo and cote d' voire cos the buses are right there at their door step.

The Yorubas in West Africa countries are not lost cos they have a very strong link back home.

Yes, legally, he should get a medal; however, if I were the coach and/or the president of Croatian FA I will insist that he publicly apologize to the country and to his team mates or else risk a LIFE BAN from the national team.

That's my point, until we know for certain his ancestry or his father's state of origin in Nigeria then we should not beat our chest and claim he is Nigerian.
The first thing I knew about Mbappe before he burst into limelight was that his grand father was an ex Cameroun international. Findings can trace his ancestry to any of Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Cameroun.
One thing for sure is that his mother is Algerian.

Only Benin... Not Togo or Cameroon. There is no indigenous Yoruba tribe in Cameroon.

He is most likely Nigerian. Nigeria makes up over 95% of the yorubas in Africa. Meaning that 95% of the time, if you hear a yoruba name, the person is from Nigeria.

You are looking at outliers if you think he is from , any other country.

Thanks for the replies and answers to my questions on Kalinic.

Dude must be regretting it now. Players with poor attitude are like cancers that needs to be butted out before they distroy the whole team. Salute to Dalic for his bravery.
Nonetheless, he should forgive the guy and call him back for the final.

I think he will receive a medal in private because he was registered for the competition, meaning FIFA already has 23 medals reserved for winning teams.
Dalic made a wonderful decision dropping him.

Deji Behruether dazzling with the first team in their preseason games. If he becomes a mainstay in the first team next season, then our LB problem is solved.

Last season he showed his abilities for the youth team of Eintracht Frankfurt especially from freekick situation with five goals to his name and five assists despite playing as a left back in majority of the 29 games he played.

If after all the noise, our North African based talents(Ajayi, Sokari, Bubwa et al) could not make this kinda move, then, we have been over rating them.

Ghana defender Nicholas Opoku has signed a four year deal with Italian Serie A side Udinese from Tunisian side Club Africain.

This is not about outliners. We know the strong ties which exists between the francophone countries and France. Mbappe being a Paris boy have considerable chances of having his origin from any of the Francophone countries more than Nigeria because the Nigerian community in France is minority compared to that of our Francophone neighborhoors.
So if we want to speculate playing the numbers game, it doesn't tick in our favour.
Until we have proof his origin is from any of the South western states, I will struggle to identify him as one of us.
Remember, Cameroun almost called up Obafemi Martins. So maybe, just maybe we could have indigenous Yorubas in Cameron, abiet minority.

Mbappe's father is a Cameroonian with a Nigerian mother. Mbappe is from a francophone country, that is not up for debate as children usually take the tribe/nationality of their father. We are just talking of his Nigerian side.

Martins had a similar situation. A cameroonian link in his lineage.

This is no indigenous yoruba tribe in Cameroon.

If indeed his grandmother is Nigerian, then safe to say he doesn't qualify for a Nigerian citizenship and he couldn't have played for Nigeria because of FIFA's grandfather's rule.

Beautiful football from the French and the Croats were the balm that brought healing to the wound caused by the SEs. Modric and Mbappe have been the physicians.

Can't wait to hear the commentator say- Modric Modric, Rakitic, Perisic, Modric, Rebic , Modric, Mandzukic.... Those names sweet baba. It brings both the game and the commentary to the same wavelength. Beautiful football, I must confess.
