I think Mou's major problem is man management. He just doesn't know how to get the best out of his players. Once you're not on the same wavelength with him, he'll cast you aside- irrespective of your abilities, skills or mental strength.

You can argue, to some extent, that players aren't our problem. We've got some fine ones although I'll admit we still have to fix a few positions. And if 80% of the team turn up each matchday we'll win 75- 90% of our games.


Remember the team that delivered Fergie his last league title.

If you remember correctly I was one of the main people that was lashing out at most of our players last season because I believe they are average and we can’t achieve nada with them, even Mou stylishly said it also when we lost to Sevilla.

Now the TW is open and instead of our manager to fix those glaring problems and clear out the deadwood, he’s busy giving them new contracts. Look at City, Sterling was their weakest link in that attack, Pep strengthened by buying Mahrez. Having above average players make the work of the manager a lot easier.

Yes we have some fine players but their attitude is so annoying, talent without hard work is going to waste, most of our talented players are too lazy and laid back, they could rather things be given to them on a platter. Apart from Lukaku, who else in our attack usually gives 110% whenever called upon? The same can be said about our midfield and defense. I think Mou is looking for players that can be pushed, players who won’t sulk when they don’t get their way. Players who are ready to always give their all whenever they are called on to do a job.

When all is said and done, Mou better get his right together and deliver the league title this season. The board has been patient and supportive enough. I don’t care the tactics he’s going to use to win it, as long as he deliver the league title. I will be fine.

No vex Bruh...... just wanna be a Realist this Season. I was expecting us to be more active in the TW, competing with other big Guns in the Game for the signing of world-class Players to fix up the Team, but the Situation so far is vice versa.

Why didn't we sign Mahrez for God's sake? Why did we overlook Shaqiri when we know RW position must be fixed at all cost this Season?! Ordinary £13.5m we couldn't afford or Mou ain't interested in a right Winger in this TW?!

Mourinho's number one problem @ embolden. Even if he refuses to accept responsibilities, if he doesn't use outdated and backward tactics, we'd have still been good.
