Please give answers to what you are sure of @Jigba
The attachment is what I saw on the embassy site. Please does that mean we that just got our admission letter have no hope of getting appointment?

And for you @KP123, try to read atleast few pages back it helps not because you love to read but because you know what you want. And again there is that search option up there where you just type the main point of your questions and it will filter where the key points have been used earlier. Go ahead and book your appointment as people still get appointment dates even as of yesterday.

Thank God I am not the only one to notice this Abuja Paulinus in the story. Lol. I need more clarification

Sometimes stories differ based on VO. There are still people that passed the interview with out FSLCertification. I think they use it to judge how true your age is but any other documents with biometric that is very old can still serve that purpose.
All the same luck differ and that Abuja is not meant for Students visa. So if one should meet a shocking experience their please kindly share so that the next generation will know how to prepare for Abuja embassy interview as compared with Lagos.
Thanks
am sure those VO in Abuja don't like the idea of students visa in Abuja and trying to frustrate the applicants to discourage them.

Good day house, please I have a small question oo.

If someone is going for a two weeks professional course in Germany, should the person apply for business schengen visa or tourist schengen visa?

nonetheless, I am sorry for what looks like keeping my details to my self.

Now the full information is that I followed this program....https://www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/?p=d&s=pr&id=57

got accepted,, paid the fees and have appointment coming...no other concrete admission, but the school's international office already evaluated my transcript as suitable for enrollment in certain fields as long as I meet language requirements and have the training contract as all their programs are dual study.
Daily dolar, u don hear? lol

I am just wondering what difference this details made. DailyDolar still didnt provide the needed information.

To apply for winter 2019, Start monitoring schools as from Dec 2018/ Jan 2019, Although many school's application won't have started by then, but few schools would have started receiving applications by then. E.g RWTH Aachen, University of Stutggart.

Also inform yourself of schools that require VPD from uni-assist so you can start the process as early as possible as from Jan 2019. Also, ensure you apply to at least 3 schools, endeavour that one of the schools should be one that gives admission early, so as not to be affected by late appointment dates.

You can use DAAD to shortlist the schools that you intend to look out for.

Please any examples of schools that give admission early?

depending on school.mine is free university of uyo gave me five for different schools since dey don't issue to whom it may concern.
I have heard people talk about schools charging as much as 10k but I will just advise you to get it from state ministry of education and get it am sure its not more than 1 or 2k
I finished from University of Uyo too, they give to whom it may concern. That's the one I've been using.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by olaniyi900: 5:34pm On Jul 14, 2018
[Which state ministry of education pls links me up. quote author=Reichtum post=69355889]

Most schools give it FREE.
ministry of education charge 10k.

Since you are paying into the schools account, it's an open policy.
But 20k is exorbitant. Which school is that?
First school leaving certificate is not listed on German embassy interview check list. Rather what is stated is any biometric document than u used far back like Library card, baptism card immunization card record or any other. What ever that guy experienced at Abuja. He was so shy not to point it out on first questions that it is not listed on the check list.
I do not see why any VO would insist on a document the embassy did not list on the email sent to you or their website. Anyway I wish not to openly oppose that report since accidents, witch Hunt and gross misunderstanding can cause a lot of issues. I know if you should report such to the embassy they will be apologetic. German embassy is not Nigeria government that will demand a different document and ask of another on the meeting with out prior information.
If anyone do not have FSLC do not panic, always point it out to the verifying officer that it is not listed on the check list sent to your email. What matters is what is on the check list not all your life documentary. If you have just add it, no probs. But I know many who are in Germany with out that FSLC. We Nigerians our over meticulous attitude some times create extra huddles for the next generation. I compare this with what I was told before NYSC in 2014 that I need 40 passports and 40 copies of each of my documents. Brethren I still have copies of those passports and documents 4years after service not used up.
Go for your FSLC but if you did not take the exam and entered secondary school don't worry. It is nothing serious as it is not listed on the checking list unless they just added it now.

Please always get your facts right..
It is actually listed just that the waec certificate should suffice. To avoid any issues take your certificate along !!

I believe you mean HWR-Berlin / Business School of Economics and Law. If that is the case, I also applied but yet to hear from them. I believe they would start issuing admission letter soon.

Hello Family, I have just gotten admission in rhein waal, kleve. Please is there any brother or sister I can hook up with?
Also I am anticipating a sponsorship letter from a friend. Can I book visa interview without the letter?
Please I am planning to apply to that University for undergraduate studies, I initially tried this year but couldn't complete my application. I would like to send you a pm.
Also, please could someone enlighten me more on the blocked account issue.
Have read about it, but would like to know if sponsorship letter from a family member in Nigeria could serve in place of that.

I had my interview on the 18th of May, 2018. Funded BA before interview, all documents were complete, prepared very well for the interview, I prayed too. I wasn’t found wanting in any way. I was convinced I had a wonderful interview because my VO was friendly.. Now am asking, what really went wrong ?
……
…..
VO: that would be all, we would contact you in four weeks time to inform you about the condition of your application. Have a nice day.
Me: thank you you ma.

First week came and went by
Second week followed
Third week too.
On the fourth week, I was filled with joy because to me, nothing will make me not to get an AM
Behold forth week went by, no AM.
I was like : maybe it's because of the public holidays
Fifth week came, I was full of expectation. Days came and went by . yet no AM.
What really went wrong?

My brothers and parents were like: we thought you said you would get a mail in 4weeks time? Then I realized the fire on the mountain.

Sixth week came, I decided to write to the alien office , they replied that my details can’t be found in their database, that I should refer to the embassy.
I wrote to the consulate Lagos, they replied that my application is still being processed.
God what is happening? What is wrong?

Seventh week came, siblings and parents were already getting disappointed, I myself was even getting frustrated.
I wrote to the embassy again, same reply. The week went by. No AM.

"this is no longer ordinary...", I said to myself. fasting became my food, prayer became my water. Tears kept rolling. God what is happening?

8th week came... I made the church my Home. I kept praying for mercy.. I left the church 1:20pm on Tuesday,

by 1:52pm that same day, something slowly bounced into my Email.

Behold the Long awaited AM.
God has shown his mercy to a poor banished sinner like me.
Gott sei dank.

Congrats bro. I did my interview on the 15th March and till now no response from the embassy. Emailed both Lagos embassy and Alien office, I was informed my visa is still under processing from lagos and the Alien office said my data not found too. However, seeing your testimony has given me encourage that mine is on the way and cant wait to share it here. I wish u success.
