I think someone mentioned it here last season when his issue came up, Mou is been paid to motivate this players and bring the best out of them, that’s where the Man management you talked about comes in.

The blame is partly on both of the players and the manager. This season something has to give.

My point is 4 or 5 matches in a very defensive Uruguay who practice Atletico-style community defending and the guy's pace may have masked his frailties which playing a 38-game season in a team expected to attack like Scummy United might expose.

Well, Young was once a winger. If I go by what I saw in the world cup, I think he can hold his own in that LB position. It's not like Young does anything special and Laxalt is way better, So no wahala

We can all see the glaring deficiency in the team except for Mou obviously. I think we need a new CB, LB, RW and CM. Mou is been paid top dollars to deliver, he has to deliver the league this season else his stint with us will be term a failure. I don’t know how he will do it but he has to do it. The board and Ed are giving him everything he asked for, what else does he want?

There is no way of ascertaining this...And besides we don't know the budget relative to his needs. Don't believe everything in the papers.
