How do one avoid adding weight while doing exclusive? Any idea? Also does fenugreek control weight gain?

I dont understand how some mums add weight while breastfeeding, i literally lost all the fat in my body, i mean down to my butt, i was slimmer than pre-marriage days sef that MIL had to beg me to combi-feed and my ds was not a heavy eater oo. He even stopped bf on his own at i think 6 months.
Our bodies are wired differently sha. But now i have gained them back and i am looking for ways to shed. Thank God for RCCG fast, using one stone to kill two birds

True, most times when everyone says it's teething it ends up being teething. Like every time Giddybaby falls sick these days it always ends up being followed by teeth, but doesn't change the fact that the teething usually comes along with infection that might need to be treated.

Try keep him away from dust and minimize his contact with persons with flu. I will advice you take him to the hospital for test. E. g Malaria and FBC

2)pls hw can I control running nose,his nose is always flowing like tap,we have been battling it since a week now.if I should do steam inhalation for him it worsen it even Shea butter is not helping out since it's not block nose.

We once got the Emzor paracetamol from the hospital for my 3 weeks old. I want to believe it's safe for use for a 3 months old.

what was her birth weight? Babies are expected to double their birth weight between 5-6months and triple it by 12months. If this is the case then you need not worry. If not, check with a paed to discuss your fears and you will advised appropriately.
