well, you explain the Bible with the Bible, meaning, you interprete a verse by what similar verse are saying.

There are four other places tongues was made mentioned in acts and it was not mentioned that someone understood what they said. Thank the religious teacher who taught you those anyway.

Lol. I was just like you, probably worse, last year. I was an atheist attacking believers in my office. I even led some astray including my ex.
Today I am preaching the same gospel of Jesus Christ I condemned. Think about it.
Today I have been delivered from my alcohol addiction, sexual bondage of adultery, fornication and masturbation. My family was delivered from the power of charm buried in our compound for over 20 years. I was hated by my boss but today I enjoy favour from her and other superiors. All within a space of 1 year.

There are only 2 categories in this world you can belong to, and there is no middle ground.

God or Devil
Good or Evil
Light or Darkness
Love or Hatred
Truth or Lie
Righteous or Sinner

You're either Unsaved (from Sin and destruction) or Saved by believing and submitting to Jesus Christ as a Born again and learning of Him by becoming His disciple.
Please, I'm not speaking about religion or trying to convert you into Christianity. All that religion is just another deception to keep you in the rat race while hiding the Truth surrounding it with Lies.
It's like there's only one iPhone and so many cheap imitations of it in Android phones. (No offense if you use an android, I do too. Just an illustration).

I'm only speaking about the Solution to Sin and Path of Life, the Way of Truth as given to us by our Creator. (Please read my thread on The Truth and Religious Deception for more details)

The greatest deception is the our generation believes we're too intelligent and educated to believe in God or devil. That because of scientific and pschological advancement, we know what the older generations did not know about the Power of our mind so there are no spiritual forces. But these are also imitations of the Truth.
Unfortunately the media, controlled by agents of the devil have succeeded in trivialising all things spiritual to the extent of some stations censoring the names Jesus because there is Power in His name.

I strongly hope you would look beyond my response as a long epistle of a delusional mind (as I used to do).
I pray you would rather not brush it aside but ask yourself just one question, What If what you just read is TRUE?
