Political realities in states largely determine national outcomes. The way grassroots politics work is that the perception of national leadership hinges heavily on the performance and influence of state and local political leaders.

An elementary example will be that Wike’s hold on Rivers state and resources is central to his control of the party nationally.

so how possible to gather all LGA when voting is still go on in some places

Politicians are heavily paid we can't do something to stop it election mago mago! I shouldn't be interested much in politics if the system is Good we have two northern politicians to choose from which to vote for as president and the northern region are the least educated in Nigeria. Yoruba can't be united the way i see things I'll prefer Lagos and Ogun state to form a little country since they are related compare to five southwest state. We can't continue like this

Actually i feel those ones who grew up and never left their regions till adulthood are more inclined to IPOB than those who grew up amongst various tribes like in Lagos for instance...
