That poor decision led to the first goal. Even if that handball were to be a penalty, the ref should have not given it considering that he had already given a poor call that resulted in a penalty.

Stop attacking technology and the referees.The blame lies solely with the governing bodies, FIFA and UEFA. The rules they have drafted are lacking in clarity and precision. Whenever you leave room for multiple interpretations, inconsistencies creep in.
