Put the crashed SD card in another phone that is not Xiaomi and see...

I had one unbranded SD card that said 'corrupted' on my Xiaomi but was accessible on a Tecno device (even though I know it might show the same corrupted message on that phone later...) But at least, if it's accessible on another phone, you can quickly copy out your data..

Update - checked the mi8 se. Love the bezeless display. The battery spoilt it. I am using a gionee m6 with 5000mah right now, i can't go below 4000 mah.

Yeah... checked your previous posts afterwards and realized you are married. Apologies for my sarcastic comment.

Forget about the size of the the battery. The software is well optimized and the phone has an amazing battery life despite it being just 3120mah.

The phone has everything going for it including price.

My only gripe with it is the lack of gorilla glass protection.

My sister , don't let that battery numbers deceive you. That's why Tecno , infinix, Gionee are able to deceive Nigerians with their mega super battery capacities. But in actual fact, 4000mah on snapgragon devices are 8000mah on many mtk devices which your Gionee falls in. At least Xiaomi knows how to conserve battery usages. I have never experience any heat ups during charging, game playing or during any apps usages which is unlike mtk devices.
