That ref was poor today. That PK wasn't a legit one to me. Was he expecting Perisic to fly up without his hands moving? He got some decisions wrong like booking Hernandez for tackle that wasn't a yellow etc. ALL that is history sha, at least United player ended up on the winning team. So I'm happy.

That freekick was too soft, but why I'm particularly pissed at the useless PK given was that the ref used VAR, wasted so much time seeing the replay and still acted like a complete dolt with the wrong decision. At least he'd could be excused for the freekick on the premise that players fool refs with their theatrics. But he viewed the hand ball and still gave it. Too sloppy from a WC final ref. Unbelievable!!

Even that Matuidi that was used on the flanks, if you watched carefully, especially against Belgium, he's instructed stay close to DM position to form a double DM pivot with Kante, making France an impregnable body. France is highly defensive, it's just the counter attacks that deceiving some people. But I know for sure that Pogba thrives in an attacking set-up.

If you know football rules, you wouldn't call it a useless pk. It was 1000% penalty by the rule.

Even if he thought of it as one, you don't allow such a big decision to decide a final. The eediot should have felt remorseful for the stupid free kick he gave but no, he was even more blatant with his 'favourity' display.
