Pls house, I need your help... I lost my old phone around March and I've bin using a small techno ever since. After 3 month of hard labour, I was able to raise a little amount (50k). Even though my money was not complete, Mr. Noobody, through his kind gesture still order a redmi 5+ for me. Item arrive and I went to d post office, only to get d shocker of my life that my package have a GN or DL attached to it by custom. On checking d paper., #10,550 was written on it as my charge. I'm not with phone then, I would've snap and upload here... Begged and Plead but they told me there's nothing they can do to it except I pay. Please, I Dont even have any money... I'm awaiting nysc on d 21st and I've not even bought any camp kit... Please, any amount which you can help me with, I will really appreciate ... I am not a scammer please... certifiedfool:This is somewhat confusing, can't that be resolved before getting to the post office. I suspect a foul play there, I think they will also give you a receipt bearing custom duty as an evidence. Our post office is becoming something else. |

Moneyboyz: Do a backup and factory reset it. Use it for like two weeks. And the battery should normalise. I experienced the same thing when I updated immediately after purchase. I did what I suggested and it improves. |

certifiedfool: So sorry about ur predicament, Your post office is the culprit in this case,ever since this custom issue of a thing,i hav had clients recieved phones from post office all over nigeria and none was hit with such ridiculous amount,because sellers decribe this items as toys, So for your post office to now go to the extent of opening your package in your abscence,thats someting alarming,i mean,how desperate could they be? I still have a client that picked up an item at ibadan today,he wasnt faced with such ridiculous bill. I still would suggest you come back to whatsapp,lets think of a way forward... Cheers. 1 Like |
