I want to thank God for a successful pregnancy and safe delivery.

This is the first time hubby will be around for baby’s birth and he has not stopped telling people about it.

My EDD changed to 23rd so don't even know what to think. Will try exercising Bt dt oga own is out of it Na battle all along with him since preggie, he no wan hurt me or his baby

It was so touching, the sonographer showed me in 4d and I was able to see baby well, she couldn’t stay one place, kept moving her body and opening mouth like she’s laughing abi crying, the sonographer said she’s laughing that maybe she knows I’m looking at her(LOL ) I almost cried I really can’t wait to hold my princess, November mamas how are we doing, we’re gradually moving to the permanent site.

When I was having contractions, you would think he was the one having the pains. He would hold his tommy with one hand and be consoling me with the other hand. Everyone in the hospital ward knew us because of the things he displayed.

About muscle pull my teamie, avoid stretching your leg while sleeping. that's my secret for now.

Those with carpal tunnel syndrome (wrist pain), Always support your wrist with bandage when going to bed at night, when lifting slightly heavy objects.

According to what I heard, the stuff happened when u r carrying a baby boy, I don't know how true sha. But I experienced it when I was pregnant with my boy then, my two wrists were something else. It came to an extent that I couldn't carry my son when he was like 3 months old. I normally support with bandage when the pain was unbearable.
But, with this preggy, nothing of such.

This issue of pineapple, body differs truly cos I eat pineapple like there is no tomorrow and no side effect. May God help us.

This is worse than vigilante, I start crying at times cos it looks like there’s nothing I do that is enough coupled with the fact that I’m still having pains at the surgery site. I want to do exclusive feeding but he’s used to the formula already and breast milk is like appetizer to him plus my breast milk is not coming out well. I’ve done everything to make it come out but it’s not working,it’s coming out in drops. I honestly want to stop the formula but how would I do it when my breast milk is not flowing well?!

Work with your Lmp EDD. Abeg na that hurt we need now. Try and explain to him, also exercise too, Take zobo, pineapple, dates.

I've been awake since 2,the last time I had a decent no disturbance night sleep was 2016. Don't cry, just see it as a selfless sacrifice. Leave the baby sometimes with your hubby or anybody that came for ọmụgwọ and sleep,also leave whatever you're doing and sleep when he's sleeping.

As for the breastmilk issue, there's no price for ebf. Take enough liquid, pap, onugbu soup, oats, peppersoup, hot tea, palmwine(dunno if there's good palmy in lagos) fenugreek and rest. Continue putting baby to suckle, if you have a breast pump (manual will frustrate you) use it, take enough liquid when pumping and also when breastfeeding.

Most importantly, rest, don't allow anything to bother you.

Decent sleep ke, that word sleep no longer exist in my dictionary. For 3days straight now, i have not slept. If i continue, this page wont be enough to explain how am feelinh. Uhmmm they say its the price of motherhood.
For the breast milk, u should always take pap religiously, try if u can get palmwine, also what i think worked for me was drinking hot water regularly. And always put baby to suck.
