According to Amnesty International, an attack is currently going on at Malikawa village in Gidan Goga district, Maradun local government, Zamfara state. The attack is coming five days after some armed bandits sacked 7 villages in the same district.

The attack is taking place with President Buhari currently out of the country for the 20th anniversary of the International Criminal Court.

''An attack is currently ongoing at Malikawa village in Gidan Goga district in Maradun local govt. of #Zamfara State. Gunmen entered the village and started shooting.

''In May, at least 30 persons were killed in an attack by armed bandits in Malikawa village, which is currently under attack of heavily armed bandits. Malikawa is a village in Gidan Goga district of Maradun Local Government Area of #Zamfara State.

''The ongoing attack in Malikawa village was coming five days after the armed bandits sacked 7 villages under Gidan Goga district of #Zamfara state. People in this area perpetually live in fear of armed bandits who wantonly kill or kidnap for ransome.

''Gidan Goga and surrounding villages of Maradun LGA in #Zamfara state live perpetually in fear of armed bandits. There was no road to the village. Fear of bandits compelled young men to abandon their farms & spend their days pensively under trees.''

The tweets from Amnesty International were also corroborated by a Peoples Democratic Party member, Deji Adeyanju.

''BREAKING: An attack is currently ongoing at Malikawa village in Gidan Goga district in Maradun LGA of Zamfara State. Gunmen entered the village and started killing everyone in sight unchallenged. We do not have a president in Nigeria.''

Even with the brazen support of terrorist organizations by this APC government, some supposedly sane humans find political justification to vote APC (Case in point : Ekiti)

Nepotism has ensured zero hope for Nigeria. Nigerians need to understand that politicians are same irrespective of party but a brazen support for terror by APC leqdership should mean outright rejection.

With events in the past 3yrs, there should be no single justification to vote APC by any objective human.The mind of the average Nigerian amaze me

There's a strong chance a CP or a General much closer to the place is reading this as well.

Yet, we will hear later that no help came.

Speaking of which, please, security personnel in the house, does a unit commander need orders from above to take action to secure the lives of Nigerians?

This violence and mass killings have been going on in zamfara for over a year now. I heard the governor was crying while talking about it with senators in the house of assembly.

You are 100% right!
I personally was indifferent about by ethnicity until this present government came into power. When the appointments started rolling in, nepotism became very glaring to me. Now, the president's silence towards killings by his tribesmen.

Now, I see myself from the prespective of my ethnic group - First!
