Beets are not purple potatoes. They are quite different in sizes. Beets are reddish, while potatoes seems purplish in color. They also taste differently..
I juice my beets. U can roast ur potatoes or fry as well.(pics attached for differences) the first is beet, second is potatoe

I mentioned that some of us are here to motivate ourselves to cook in the post you quoted. There are different uses of the food thread and not all of them are about posting pictures of food. I can decide to drop in and like a really good post, then try it out myself or buy it.

What blanket shade? It's an observation. That was established in the first post on this.

I sometimes come here to see what you, chasers, jewelstone, jaguguli88 and mariangeles prepare then try to replicate it. Not pages of some online fight.

This is how I make mine:

In a clean bowl, add all your dry ingredients (sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt, nutmeg, margarine at room temperature).

Mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, whisk your egg and add your milk.

Pour into your flour mixture, mix thoroughly with hands until the batter is smooth and stretchy. Cover and set aside for a few minutes.
If you want the rock hard buns sold in the streets, make sure your batter is thick. The thicker the batter, the easier it is to mold into perfect round balls.
I don't like very hard buns so my batter is always light.

NB: I use lots of milk in mine because I love rich pastries. But you can leave out the milk(replace with warm water) and even leave out the eggs, as you wish.

Update: Old picture of buns I made some months back. My buns are usually shapeless because I prefer using a light batter rather than a thick one.

What are they afraid of?
If you booted her out why is she with the kids?


Even if the whole world enables you, rise above it and get the help you need.
Talk to a professional.
Tell yourself you can be better.
Only then should you truly go and search for your kids.

Ingredients
One raw egg
Half cup of flour
Half cup of liquid milk
I spoon of vegetable oil
I spoon of sugar

Procedure
Whisk the egg, milk and sugar until fluffy
Add the flour and mix thoroughly
Add the oil (so as not to stick to the pan)
Heat your frying pan and add half spoon of oil
Ensure the oil is hot before scooping in the batter
Spread to cover the pan
Cook on low heat for 2-3minutes
Flip to the other side and cook for same time
Your pancake is ready

Ensure you grease the pan with little oil before cooking the remaining.

You can take it with butter, honey, jam e.t.c.

What is two faced about the observations?

I don't care about who threw the first stones. This is like a kindergarten.

If he insulted you and you insulted him back and suddenly because you hear that he is suicidal and then begin to sound like you care, is it wrong to say that it was better if he was never abused in turn in the first place?

Did everybody have to insult him? Couldn't he have been ignored?

Instead, for so many pages people were insulting him and now so many more pages dedicated to pampering him from guilt.

Wasn't it all avoidable by ignoring him? This is how there was unnecessary hatred towards ewa26. Everybody insulting always. Sometimes you would wonder if this was about food or an abuse thread.

If you guys want to insult this one, do so, but don't begin to act like you care all over the place.

So, when you talk about being two faced, get your facts straight!

I'll even say people here were kind and patient with him even if he didn't deserve it...you can't expect others to tolerate your excesses!
