in a conventional war, Russia will not spend money anyway near the US...Russia has military might but America will always be an military and economic behemoth.

America may not be as powerful as they are hyped despite having the highest military budget. Their greatest undoing would be engaging any of the likes of Russia or China in a war. The US may actually marginally or somewhat narrowly win the war but will forever be displaced as a superpower because the collateral damage would be devastating such that weaker countries would cease to respect them. I would disagree with you on this,we are talking about the most powerful man in the world here. No peripheral security is too much to ensure his protection when you consider his position and the advancement in technology of his perceived enemies.

So you agree same loophole applies to the "beast" being used by US president.
