I dont even think i want to opt out cause the paragraph E of the latest bulletin says one or more of the family categories might retrogress for september bulletin cause it is the end of this FY already. Am scared of opting out at this point and getting stuck.

But the following month it returned back to Dec 2010. But ever since that retrogression, F1 has not remained the same. It has seen little to no movements for almost another year. So retrogression only slows things down. Is not what someone should pray for.

My first interview was denied, I and my sister were little then, guess I was 10yrs old. My second was very funny, I wasn't prepared at all, in fact I felt it's was my dad's normal story, cos we were once filed us when we were much younger and we were denied, dad was a green card holder and his wife didn't provide some documents that was needed. I had lost all hope and my mind wasn't there at all, he filled for my elder sister and left me hanging, I was really angry with him.
Due to that I didn't take him serious only for me to wake up late, interview was 7am, I got there after 8 and it all went well. Just keep calm, God is in control.
