2. Caustic soda---------------12 spoons (dissolve with 1litre of water)

3. Soda ash---------------------30 spoons (dissolve with 4 litres of water)

4.Texapon----------------------1/2 Kg

5. Nitrosol------------------------ (dissolve with 20 litres of water)

6. Foam booster----------------1/2litre

7. Fragrance----------------------as desired

8. Color----------------------------to taste

9. STPP------------------------------20 spoons (dissolve with 3 litres of water)

10. Bicarbonate-----------------12 spoons (dissolve with 2litres of water)

Follow the the instructions/Procedures in your manual for production.

You should have upto 50litres and above with this formulation......

Note: you need a very big containers for this production.

What is the use of bicarbonate, what if I choose to use

I used this formula what is your opinion:

3 tin milk of nitrosol
1L and & 1/4 of sulphunic
1&1/2 tin milk soda ash
4 take away spoons of caustic
8 spoons texapon
8 sls
8 stpp
It's thick and equally foamy.. I used to sue your formula and it was perfect till I went and did my own over sabi sabi.. Foam hasn't settled for me to add colour and perf

It's for 25L production please correct me. In future, if I wish to make it thick instead of re adidng nitrosol after production can I just make nitrosol 1&1/2 or 2 cups

Sir, Iam not violating your rules... I have gone over your posts here .... Please check your well where u stated that we should use equal amount for nitrosol and sulphurnic. I will get the part and show you... I have been practicing on your measurements and have done more than 3 batches so this is not my first time... I felt it was time for me to get the e book so as to learn more

I do sometimes make mistakes and I refer to my notes which I jotted down from your class and then I correct it such as thickening the liquid etc
How ever when I decided to use my own measurement I had problem.

I have produced over 50 litres over period of time successfully though I still do have issues once in a while and when I call you were always nice and patient enough to attend to me this impressed me so I decided to get the e book so as to make you my mentor for life

If you observe carefully, you'll notice that after using 2litres of water to dilute our sulphurnic acid and another 2litres to dissolve our nitrosol, we had just 1litre left.

It was from that remaining 1litre that we dissolved every other solid materials used.

The concept is that, caustic soda doesn't require much water to dissolve so we use less, the soda ash does require more water to dissolve so we used more of the water compare to the one used for caustic. Etc.

Always measure the quantity of water needed for the entire production aside before starting out.

So, the concept of dissolving your solid chemicals is based on water sufficient to dissolve them. But it's taken from the remaining water.

That's to say, some of the major materials which are your nitrosol and sulphurnic acid need more water. The rest is dissolved with the remaining water.

Use the same procedures for your 10, 20- 100litres of liquid detergent.


For instance, if you were to produce 10litres, it means 4 litres goes for nitrosol and 4 litres goes for sulphurnic acid. The remaining 2litres would be used in dissolving the solid chemicals.


Hope that's clear enough. Please, take your time and read over this carefully.
