Good morning everyone. You guys are doing a great job here.I have been admitted to study Public Health in one of the US schools. The local government where I work as medical doctor in Lagos is my sponsor. My question is - will the statement of account of the local government be asked for by the VO? Thanks in anticipation.

The above bolded is not strong enough you can do better

VO-How did you get to know about this school?
ME-I streamlined my search using google and US news to check for courses that aligned with my career interest. I was able to find 3 schools. But I became biased in picking WIU,due to the course curriculum.
VO-Why this school?
ME-I made enquiries of different schools and got feedback from almost if not all. However,I was very much impressed with the research work of Prof.Man Kaising who dwells on price discovery in the US treasury market. This caught my fancy as it is in line with my current job and I know the key role price plays in making critical business decisions in Nigeria. The course will also give avail me the opportunity to have a firm grasp and use of statistical tools and analytical skills to project and determine the success of a business or any business I put my Midas touch on.
VO-What are your study plans.
ME-I will be studying a 36 semester hours curriculum which is divided into 15 semester hour of core course,6 semester hour of electives and 15 semester hours from either thesis or the capstone courses.
VO-Why were you refused visa?
Me-I felt the last time I was not confident enough to answer questions due to my nervousness. But now I am more confident and not nervous.
VO-What has changed from your last application?
ME-I am more confident to answer questions.
VO_What are your Future plans?
ME-I will be coming back to Nigeria with the expertise I have gotten from this degree. I will be able to apply for more competitive positions when am back in Nigeria. I have established relationship and made good contacts in the IT industry, I am very confident that lots of opportunities will await me with this degree,
VO-Who is your sponsor and what she do?
Me-My sister is my sponsor.
VO-Why would your sister want to sponsor you?
ME=My dad trained her back then and proceeds of my late dads property was used to set up my sisters clinic, which is flourishing now. It was agreed by my family and she accepted to sponsor my education.
VO-what do you currently do and what is your responsibilities.
ME-I work with a Technology distributions company.
I work as a business development executive. I generate sales. Advice partners on the
Right specification of products to buy. I escalate issues and carry out business intelligence.
I inform partners of new arrival of products.
Send quote to partners.
Supervise my team members.
I distribute our pricelist to partners.
VO-Did you write any standardized test?
ME-yes, TOEFL.
VO-When does your program start?
ME-13th of August 2018.
VO-List the course you will be taking?
Me-Introduction to mathematical statistics, Analysis of variance, applied statistical method, applied
Data mining for business decision making, statistical software for data management and decision
Making.
VO-Are you married?
ME-No.
VO-Have you travelled out of Nigeria?
Me-I have never had a need until now.
VO-How many schools did you apply to?
Me-Three schools.
VO-Name them?
Me-Western Illinois University, University of South Dakota, University of Dallas.
VO-what is common among these schools.
Me-WIU has a student to faculty ratio of 15:1,USD -18:1 and UD-11:1.They are have a condusive learning environment.

VO-What is the relationship between all these schools?
ME-They are research institutions with rigorous mentored faculty research facilities to enhance learning for graduate students and has a ratio of student to faculty of .WIU has a student to faculty ratio of 15:1,USD -18:1 and UD-11:1.They are have a conducive learning environment.

The above bolded in a simple sentence. they all have small size student to faculty ratio.

Interview can be subjective but let me say something today for other future applicants that are working, and might gain from it. It impresses most VOS to see that aside that you have a sponsor who is willing to spend millions on you, you have also been able to save up some money for your education depending on how long you have been working tho. You see, it's your own very certificate and ambition not your sisters, brother, uncle or parent it shows how fully committed and determine you are

did you take any standardized tests? why don't you have two to three salient points in why this school and what will this degree do for you, so that you can easily build on them without necessary cramming. when you cram you tend to forget especially under tension
PS don't forget God factor (na em dey give visa ) and be confident when speaking

yes I had TOEFL

What do you mean by "Statement of account"?

To be honest, I think your answers weren't so great. You have to prepare better.

Why this course?

Your answer was just too weak.

Why this school?

Your answer wasn't so great here as well. You didn't relate why you chose the school to your course, and how the school will help you achieve your career goals.

She didn't bother to ask you any questions after those two questions because you weren't prepared enough. This is just my opinion shaaa. My interview never set, so make I no talk too much.
