Note 5 doesnt hv band 28.mi 8se is above my budget.
By consuming data..i mean google play apps update.auto download of whatsapp vids etc...guess there is a workaround..just lazy asf.

Have you given all the necessary permissions to the Google contacts sync app in the app settings? You can also set your battery saver to no restrictions. Then reboot.

Yeah I did, I even gave it all permissions but I couldn't sign in. When I get to the sign in option, the app would just hang there. At a point, I just deleted it.

You might need to repeat the process if you reboot or switch to airplane mode.

Finally!!! I have become a member of this proud xiaomites,the journey started about 4 weeks ago when i was discussing with someone who got a new mi max 2 to add up to the same one he is using just because it has a cracked screen. I was like who does this and he replied with you don't know what i am enjoying. Instantly i told him as for me i am not buying any China phone again after what Infinix did to me,and he replied; empty barrel makes the loudest noise(referring to what these other products do) and immediately i decode.

My phone battery is %99 since yesterday afternoon...even though I never on the data...but I've been listening to music all day with the headset and calls...just only %1 deduction.... Greenify application is really doing a good job...download the application and make sure you set it to help you hibernate unuse application...you'll like your phone battery more.... I downloaded the app yesterday afternoon after factory reset and since then...my battery is more than good...
