I mean every year you have Corp members trooping to these two cities in the large numbers. There has to be an out for that constant high input else the system would collapse.

thats the exact way its been done..because i remember my student affairs telling me that our names were already uploaded cant be viewed by normql students,before it was generally allowed.

That's where the government comes in. If there are opportunities in other states, there wouldn't be continuous influx of people into Lagos and Abuja. I mean why would I want to go to Lagos where I have to leave for work by 4am. If you look at the opportunities there, you wouldn't stop to think twice.
