CCEC does NOT ''run'' the rail network. The Nigerian Railway Corporation does. You do realise they sent hundreds of staff to train in China, including rail engineers, technicians, drivers etc?

France, Germany all started with national airlines which they later privatised, such as Lufthansa. But they received the initial govt boost, finance, and impetus, and rightly so. Nigeria is doing something similar, although with greater private involvement from the start, with its PPP arrangement. We are doing the right thing.
