The kind of humiliation Nigeria has suffered on this thread is depressing. I swear, I have tried to defend Nigeria on multiple occasions but it very difficult when you have a dumb leader like Buhari. And yes, I am a confirmed Igbo man so you can call me Igbos yoot or whatever term you can coin to mock a peaceful agitation for secession of the Biafran people. But the fact remains that Nigeria is a failed country and foolliish is anybody that tries to defend that cesspit! Nigeria is way too advanced to be comparing themselves to Kenya, Ghana and the rest. Roll with dogs and you'll rise with fleas. Like I stated earlier, mistake Nigerians made is the conscious shift from compering themselves with the best in the rest of the world to comparing themselves with lowly African Nations.This shift in expectation from the West to substanderd sub Saharan Africa will only result in ever decreasing Nigeria standerds to the delight of Nigerian leaders.Keep the pressure on our leaders. Nigerians need to return to aiming to be better infrastructurely than nations of the West. Aim for the best and you fail you'll still have achieved more than if you aim to compete with mediocrity.

Nigerians should do away with granpas and elect young energetic people who can relate with youngies! Kenyan president invites school kids to State House often enough, and there are no rats which is awesome by Nigerian Aso Rocky standards.

Nigerians are hardworking and probably the most successful Africans due to our population and the very harsh system that has toughened us and made it literally impossible for us not to survive anywhere. But actually it is not a positive thing because it has compelled us to sustain and bear pains sufferings. We are more desperate and will do unbelievable things just to get by in life due to hopelessness. Nigerians are aggressive, rude and unrefined yet they mistake it for "confidence". We need a President who will change the thought process and worldview of the average Nigerian because it faulty.

You can insult the Igbos and call me IPOB or whatever but these are facts.

Some countries like Ghana cant have that terrorism because terror operates in a vacuum. Nigeria is a fertile ground for terrorism because there is a large leadership vaccum. Even in Kenya the terrorists have to operate from outside the country because here there is no leadership vacuum and the terrorists know that. Its not about size.
