one thing i have noticed with aliexpress and even jumia is, they list the same product with different prices. Meaning that as a buyer, you need to shine your eye very well so as to get the best deal

You can but it will only charge at the rate of QC 2.0.

I am currently running 9.6.2

First thing I did when I got mine was to update to the latest ROM (that was 9.5.9 then).
