Maybe you should check the meaning of scam in the dictionary. Na them them.
Guy, you should check yourself.
Fine, he didn't send the full fund. What have you got to say to that? On top #22 naira, you say. It could have been $22. He even blocked me on Whatsapp.
I don't understand why you guys think you are bigger than yourself... On top Nairaland big name title.
Modified "If it were to be you, how would you feel?"
Let switch play. Let assume you are in my position as the seller, how will you feel?
Dude, if you don't know how to make sound and balanced judgement, you better swerve. |

I feel like slapping somebody right now.. You are a pure fuul. Is this even an issue not to talk of posting it here? When some people deal online they will just be looking for a way to form smart like they caught a scam.. Na the guy I blame wey send you anything at all.. oladayo63: HazzanTazzan is a scammer in disguise!
Earlier today, I posted an advert for the sale of $50 worth of BTC. I needed some naira urgently, so I couldn't wait for potential buyers to come. So, I contacted trusted exchangers I've made deals with in the past hoping that I could sell the tokens ASAP.
HazzanTazzan was interested and after settling for #345, he sent to me his BTC address and I sent him the BTC via blockchain explorer. I got for him the transaction hash link and I waited for him to confirm the tx from his end.
After some moment, he reached out to me that I sent $49.9. I was shocked and at first I thought he was making some joke. Soon, I got to know that he was serious. I couldn't believe it because immediately the BTC was sent, BTC rate went higher and their is no way the BTC worth could be lesser than $50. This wasn't the case of me send all I've got in my wallet because I still have about $3 left in it after I sent.
I sent him the blockchain tx screenshot and he sent me a screenshot of his Paxful transactions. Truly, I saw $49.92 on "his screenshot" and after insisting on "paying for what he received", I told him to send the naira value.
I gave him my fidelity account details and he requested for gtbank, which I do not have. After complaining about fidelity infant banking being a mess, he said he will send from gtbank. Ok, fine, I got out of WhatsApp and was expecting the credit alert of #17,222 for $49.92.
Almost immediately, I got the alert but Alimi sent me #17,200. I was furious and curious to know why a "big and trusted Nairaland exchanger" would mess with me this way.
I demanded for an explaination and in his word, he said "Dude... I sent to fidelity from Gtb ... On 49$ fund, I even bear 30 naira inter bank charge and took 20 naira from ur own. How much profit I wan make from 49$ wey I dey bear that kain charge"
HazzanTazzan didn't think about the small profit he will make before reaching an agreement to deal with me. What has bank charge got to do with my payment, which we didn't agree to initially to start with?
I don't expect him to make things right and I'm not here to disturb anyone over #22.
But I can't stand anyone messing with my intelligence while feeling that they are wiser. Alimi, you think you're street-wise, or business-wise, or whatever-wise, but you are a greedy being who thinks he can do as he wishes because you've earned yourself a big name here.
Notwithstanding how big you've become, you can't mess with your customers because you what you are because of them.
Let him and every big wit here understand that nothing ends here. The stream of life flows and will always flow through paths we can never imagine. I will say no more.
In conclusion, HazzanTazzan scammed me, blocked me on Whatsapp, and I will be careful making any deal with him (if I were in your shoes). 3 Likes |

How much is #22? But, mister, I thought you would see that there was no agreement about bank charge from the begining. Why would he deduct such fee after having the BTC? I also thought you would rebuke him for being greedy and responding to a customer in such ill mannered way. You are an exchangers too, do you charge your customers bank transfer fees? If yes, do you make agreement about it before you seal your deals? Everyone just dey shout #22. Also, hazzantazzan was not wrong by deciding to pay for the $49.92 which was the exact amount he received as evidenced by the screenshot he provided however, he was not supposed to deduct the #22 that he deducted. Now I decided to see how ud react to reducing ur money by 22 naira and after u reacted, I told you it's not wise for me to bear 52 naira charge on 49$ Btc...
