U don't need experience for most , with exception to few mph courses .
If ur degree is related and u have a second class upper u can apply to any of them..
But for mph demographic, those with lower class must have experience.

Visit the portal to download the brochure for requirements.

How to apply, register on the portal with your e-mail on the registration portal. After some hours a code will be sent to you to generate invoice on the same portal. Follow the instruction to pay. after payment you should be able to start your application online.
