I have an issue bothering me my people. If I don't have a reference letter from my place of work will it affect me? I want to claim work experience and have my employment letters and pay slips. Presently working on tax certificate. I do not want to request for reference letter for obvious reasons. Am I good?

@teewhysafe thanks so much for taking out time to help
below are my anticipated points

Age - 25points
Qualification -15points
english 20points(PTE) grin im really optimistic
work experience 15points
it seems to me, getting positive accessment from vetassess is the highest montain on this journey to PR i believe with God and the imput of you my ogas it will be a walkover.

Okay. How did you arrive at 15 point for Experience. Hope you have also deducted the compulsory 1 year VETASESS removes from total years of experience (that's even assuming they really like you grin).
Yeah a positive assessment from VETASESS is key to the whole process. Try packaging your application with a well detailed job description of an Agricultural consultant. Tips can be gotten from the Anszco code description.
Also attach as much evidence as possible from your employers.

In this case, you are submitting for 2 employers right? Employment letter, Confirmation, Reference letter etc. should be on company letter head please. As Bellong advised, submitting the company's registration & other evidence that it truly exist helps to ascertain the believability of the company since there is no website and also ensure your referees are well prepared to vouch for you in-case of verification.

Do you at least have a payslip/pension document you can submit or even a bank statement that shows inflow from these companies? It helps if some of the documents provided are externally generated e.g. bank statement, pension/tax documents.

If not, still try generating payslips and getting the right stamps/signatures for it.

Hope this helps.

My question now is

2. Incase my assessment comes back negative( I don't pray for that tho), will I have to make another full payment when am making adjustment to vetassess claims

Please it's kind if urgent as I am about submitting my application. Thank you

For those that have used Austransaction, please how does it work ?
I am trying to use it for a friend and a name and account number was sent to my email as below;

Please pay #***** into the account below and provide us with receipt. This request is only valid for 24hrs after which a new request will be needed and the new rate (if any) will apply.

Bank: UBA
Account Name: ****** ******

Does it mean I have to pay the naira equivalent to that account first ?

1. You can pay with your bank card. You have to confirm the dollar limit on your bank card.

2. In the documents you submitted, did you proof beyond doubt that you are working as a mathematician in the bank? Your job role in the bank must conform to the ANZSCO job descriptions for a mathematician. Your getting a positive assessment is dependent on how you put your case.

In the email you will be sent, they will outline the steps to take to appeal a negative outcome.

Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by PlanofGod: 4:44am On Jul 26, 2018
Hello @teewhysafe, please, I need help in assessing my realistic chances for skilled immigration to Australia with the following points and profile.

Age: (25 points)
Education: (20 points)(ANZSCO
Code) - 133111 - Construction Project Manager
IELTS: L8.0, S7.5, W7.5, R7.5 (10 points??)/I could put in for PTE to get 20 points if necessary.
Work: 3yrs+ (5 Points)

My main question is that I have a 5yr degree, MSc both in Estate Management, and a PhD in Construction and Project Mgt all earned in Nigeria Universities.

With these qualifications what are my chances for a positive assessment with Vettasses for Construction Project Manager, with a 3yr+ work experience as a Construction Manager with almost identical job description with (ANZSCO Code) - 133111 - Construction Project Manager? I have already wasted funds with the Canada express entry, despite having a good score, their manipulation of the system with irrational 3 week draws and tie break rule this year - cost me 6 points due to my increase in age without getting an ITA.

I would not want to commit resources and embark on the Vettasses and then get a negative assessment or even have a compulsory 1 year deducted from my 3 year experience and then loose the little 5pts I already have, which I think is just unusual.

Please, with 70/65 points what are my chances of getting a direct ITA (subclass 190) for construction project manager?

If you think I stand a chance of getting a positive assessment with vetasess, can you help or recommend someone you know to guide me in packaging my job description?

Also, how can I avoid having 1 year deducted from years of experience?

Finally, if all of the above fails, please from your experience which subclass 189 do you recommend that is straightforward and fast, and can accommodate my profile with the following points: 55 points or 65 points (assuming I lost 1 year from vetassess assessment).

Thank you for your help in advance.

teewhysafe:

Okay. How did you arrive at 15 point for Experience. Hope you have also deducted the compulsory 1 year VETASESS removes from total years of experience (that's even assuming they really like you grin).
