chudy144:How do u want him talk? Did you read everything i have written so far? Let me say it again, and for the last time sir because it seems it is hard to read a detailed explanation. 1. Accused is no longer interested in opening a new moniker after 4 had been banned. That is 4 emails addresses. If he is not a scammer, he might have exhausted all his emails. And does not feel like again. Maybe! Not saying it is case. 2. His first moniker drisklef should be re-opened because this headline says drisklef and not drisklef001 or drisklef002. Let drisklef defend drisklef. Or am I writing in Swahili that it is hard to understand simple logic? In future, users may not get to read disklef2222 messages with a search on drisklef. And the worst proposal by this mod is that drisklef should use another moniker to defend itself, and then deletes the new moniker. Then everything in the new moniker becomes "nobody" except when quoted. Is this not a crazy suggestion? You want him to wear mask when he is defending himself? And then, it gets to where defence post is and it shows "nobody". Does it make sense? Anyone who is new to nairaland might wonder who is nobody. Why is nobody defending drisklef? And then, the conclusion still is drisklef is a fraud. Let drisklef defend drisklef. Is this hard for this mod to do? Release the moniker. Contact the drisklef guy, give him a deadline. If he starts cursing again, ignore it, and face the real business of nailing him. If he is smart, he will return..if he is not, the mod writes a summary of the of the whole incident that since he was given so, so, and so timeframe, and he refuses to come defend himself, he is guilty as charged. Thenafter, take his picture to wherever you want to take it to. Shikena! Full Stop! End of Story! Are you people serious for real? Christ! Do you have another question? 2 Likes |

OMG. See People supporting a scammer. All evidence points to the fact that he's not plain yet some i**ots are fighting for him. They are even writing an epistle for him. He had time to freeze his WhatsApp but not to send the guy his money. He went ahead to block him on WhatsApp. Who does that? When he was 'back' online, rather than make the transaction immediately, he was silently reading a thread calling him out but couldn't reply. SMH. For all his apologist, the guy was not even ready to address the issue, rather he was cursing people around. He's a church goer but lacks wisdom. Woe unto all fraudsters. 5 Likes 1 Share |

I honestly do understand the fact that you are not happy about what you may perceive as unfair judgement (banning the accused) but it will only be fair if you were standing in the middle and not leaning towards the accused. I followed this thread and I saw where the Op said he posted about * transaction with the accused going sour*. Note that the Op had not posted the accused pictures at this time. The accused was caught viewing the post and he didn't respond **** ( this proof that he had access to internet)**** and could have responded to the post to savage the whole situation before it escalated but ****he choose not to**** Immediately after he received funds from the Op, he went offline and ****couldn't be reached**** but in one of the accused replies, he claim that **** he used an app that freezes whatsapp to ****freeze his whatsapp**** Bear in mind that it was after the Op saw him viewing his initial post that he got infuriated and had to go ahead to ***call him a scammer*** Even after the name calling, the accused still didn't respond until a few people started defending him online ( I read the comments ) He had every medium to settle with the Op offline but ***he never did***. Saying the accused might have chosen not to reply because he may be angry is a criminal offence. There was an agreement for the accused to pay immediately after he receives the accuser' s service or product but he didn't live up to agreement ****over 48 hours after**** Even if the accused decides to pay today, i can categorically say that he had a criminal motive * based on the evidence presented by the accuser and the Facebook chat screenshot between the Op and the accused. About the banning, Nairaland has laws and one of the law states that it is illegal to have two accounts. Either you point fingers at the Mod or not, I'm sure she can defend her actions... I'm a one man mopo and ain't defending anyone, I'm not just in support of criminality. If this case was to be taken to the Police station, the accused will be detained. It's also very sad that of people are calling the money involved **just 10500** I don't know if i should call it lack of exposure or maybe the *Nigerian Bug* has eaten deep into their brains....... money is money, regardless of the denomination fluentinfor: 4 Likes |

Boss has spoken. You should chill for the procedure to tackle this particular issue. With this your response, it means you do not still understand what "just a little patience" means. In any way, just relax, chill out, and let us wait patiently for the next action from the authority. Big boss is working on it. A beg! Chill out. In case you missed the short message from the big boss as he always does without ranting, here it is for you: https://www.nairaland.com/4630179/been-scammed-austin-chukuma-nairaland/4#69686652 Please, go back to my first post on this thread, then move down slowly. If you still think I leaned towards the useless, stupid accused drisklef, then, I give up. You need to learn what it means to give one a fair trial, and learn the act of nailing excellently. In addition, the accused is still stupid. First post is first post. No matter what it is. If modified, it is what it is. It is what users first read. I started reading this thread with the pictures there. And i was like: "Is this guy foolish?" So, no matter how you see it, a story should not be distorted. Why must he change the headline? For what? As far as I am concerned, the headline is still "A transaction going sour". Is that the reason he had to open threads in crime, business, education, investment, etc...and even in religion section because the guy said he was in church? Lol. And labeled all scammers. See, he has reported the case here, let him follow it up to a reasonable end. Ok? And who is he to open threads everywhere like that. Guy, pray you do not transact with a mad dog. Just pray you do not encounter a demon. Transactions go sour everytime. Some people are just mad that they do not understand simple instruction. I want to hear both sides of the story. I have heard OP's. Let me hear Drisklef's. If at the end, he does not return, then, he is nothing but a scammer. Right now, just chill. Ok? rotormast: |

Since Saturday they have been pleading with madam Dominique to allow us hear this case but she continued to ban, ban, and ban. I dont understand why perhaps she wants to appear very proactive in being the NL mod. Na wa oo.. A forum that permits 'anybody' to post other people's pictures, bank account and address online. This mod doesn't know what she just did. Imagine; a user just came from nowhere posting another user's private pictures and bank account all over the place and you still didn't find anything wrong in that? Just check that guy's profile, you'll see all his thread. From one section to another. He was posting somebody's private pictures and Dominique kept mute. I thought spamming was prohibited here? And who is he to take laws into his hands and decide that somebody is guilty? Dominique has successfully made the accuser to become the judge in his own case. This is terrible, seun look into it please. I know she will still come and bark.. maybe ban me, deleted my posts. Edit her post after threatening me, I don't care!!!! All we want is Ma/sir, ladies and gentlemen. We beg Dominique to allow this to be trashed out. This thread itself is a libel. 1 Like 1 Share |

Gbemiie: Sir, let us be careful with the approach. Drisklef has done damage to himself because of anger. Now, you need to not open yourself to criticism. At the end of the day, drisklef might still be guilty; hence, just try to be neutral in this issue. You have done well by talking to him. Just keep him stand by till his moniker is released again. And please, try to calm him not to come curse anyone here. It is to his advantage to come and defend himself. All we care about is his own story. Tell him to not curse anyone when he comes online. It is denting his image more. Afterall, he caused it too. Just a little more patience from his own end too could have resolved this issue if he had no bad intention. But as it is at this point, let him know that his best bet is to come defend himself here first. Sir, you may press further to ask him create another moniker. It is for his good. And if he is innocent, he will press for his first moniker to be released. And then he can use his first moniker to write detailed explanation again. It is for his own good. Please do it sir. Thank you for assisting us to read his own side of the story. Let us keep the story well balanced. But I must let you know that if he is guilty, it is not going to be funny. Thanks bro! Note: I published this post because this moniker I replied posted the picture of a whatsapp chat he had with drisklef asking him to return here. Also, they talked about one facebook private attorney or whatsoever. I am shocked the screenshots of the chat have been removed. Right now, without the pictures, it seems I am over zealous for the stupid drisklef to return. There were two screenshots attached in this post, and explanation that he was asking drisklef to come online. I do not know why he deleted them Here is the link to the deleted post again. https://www.nairaland.com/4630179/been-scammed-austin-chukuma-nairaland/4#69693176 1 Like 1 Share |

Gbemiie: Why did you delete the screenshots here. I advise you to restore the two screenshots. I made the last comment based on the whatsapp chat you had with drisklef which you screenshot, posted here, and I made comment. This is exactly what this accuser did. Do not distort evidences. It is wrong. I hope no game is being played here. Like I said, if drisklef is guilty, it will not be funny. Kindly restore the chat screenshots and tell him to return. It does not still mean you are on his side. Those pictures merely say you are a peace broker. I only advised you to be more careful with your choice of words. Please, restore them. Thanks! |

An open letter to the board of directors of Nairaland Why are we filled with so much corruption in this country? Is Nigeria only about deception, distortion, and corruption? Nairaland is an eye of Nigeria to the whole world. You mods, super mods should know better. Why would anyone of you delete a sensitive post by the owner of nairaland. Or was it Seun who deleted it himself? Seun, I advise you not to allow these people confuse you like how they are confusing Mr. Buhari. They confused Jonathan till they pushed him out of the grace of God, took away his good luck and handed him bad luck. This is distortion of evidence. Just look at the number of people who have distorted evidences in this minor case of just N10,000. If it was N10 billion, what would have happened? And we keep blaming government. Oh! LORD! Jesus! What the heck is going on? Manipulation? Why distort the flow of communication? Anyway, we know that the initial impulse is the right call. That is the original feeling. Whether you return to give sound judgement, or you have confused Seun, we know the truth. Note, I have never been banned for a second since I came on board on this website. And I have not done anything that warrants such. You may kick me out of nairaland after my post. You may hide this post of mine too. Here are evidences. And thank God three people quoted him. We still have it on record. First picture: Seun's message which was deleted. Second picture: First Quote Third Picture: Second Quote Fourth Picture: Third Quote
