A very frustrating movie. Thing is, nothing "happened" in the whole movie. Ironic, but unintentional. M. Night. Shymalan got it wrong on this one. 5/10. Meh.

I'd like to be all noble and sh*t and say the red pill, but let's face it, there is nothing appealing mucking around in the cold harsh realities of the real world and having to always hide from the sentinels to stay alive, not to talk of eating some visual unappealing cold mush everyday. I think I'd rather enjoy the gadgets and good foods of a simulated world in blissful ignorance. I'm with Cypher on this: "Ignorance is bliss." What you don't know can't hurt you.

In my many years of debating religious people, I have seen such rationalisations. When you consistently point out the flaws in their logic or defence of their religion, the fanatics actually get to the point that they admit that they dont care about logic because their religion works for them- they like how the religion feels in their souls, damn the consequences.

Just finished watching 'Newness' I Dunno what you guys use in rating movies but it's a real cool one for me.. It's adventurous and appeals to both the wrong and right human senses..

I think the decision depends on the state of mind one is going through. Neo didn't have a social life and was inquisitive, which made keep asking questions about The Matrix on the internet and led him to Morpheus and he went on to take the Red pill.

Looking at situation of things in my real world and the vast difference between the Nigeria i reside in and developed countries, silly dating world and combine with my skepticism of Religion.

I think i would have taken the Red pill, it won't be easy tho (adapting to that shitty real life).

Do you know the directors of the Movie said, they would have taken the Blue pill?

Btw, why do i think you got your Reloaded was picked from The Matrix sequel?

And taking the Blue pill doesn't spell danger you will just get back to the life you are already living in the matrix without remembering a thing about meeting Morpheus.
