Babies? Iya beji, ok dont allow two of them suck one breast concurrently. If one sucks from the left side, the other should suck the right when it's his/her turn. In a day, if Taiye sucks from the left breast, Kenny takes right when it get to his turn.

Yes you can if your supply is adequate. You need to have at least 4 bottles of whatever quantity your baby takes available in storage as back up per time to achieve it, you also have to be very careful with storage

1. A good electric pump, manual won't cut it - mid range brand I can vouch for is lansinoh, if you can afford high end medela is the best.
2. Storage bags/bottles
3. A cooler bag with an ice pack if you intend to pump at work, expressed milk needs to be kept cool
4. Steady power supply, expressed milk can stay 6 days in a good fridge, 6 months if frozen solid (It must not be defrosted and refrozen, once you defrost you either use or discard)
5. A sharpie to write the date you express and best before date..this will help you maintain FIFO (first in, first out)
6. If your baby is going to creche the creche must have a fridge

Sounds like mastitis, take ibuprofen for the pain and express or offer your babies the affected breast more so they can help you unclog the blocked duct. Or see your doctor as soon as possible.

My sister, u r the real MVP ooo... I lift my flat breasts for u ooo. U try to dey feed TWINS with breast?! Even my son that I'm breastfeeding alone I know wat my eyes are seeing not to talk of twins.
Back to the issue on ground, give breastfeeding a little break (I.e increase formula feeding for your twins or u express milk into feeding bottles). For the nipple, there's a cream (trying to remember the name, Lasinoh or something like that). U shd also examine ur breast to check for any unusual lumps. It's well...

Woke up this morning and saw some mosquito bites all over my my baby arms and legs which I suspect must have been trapped in her cot net despite fleeting, hence the multiple bites on her arms and legs. Kindly visit the hospital. Please carry out some test. They should not just give you pain reliever and go oo.
