And I agree 100%. If you read my initial reaction to the interview, I stated that those two portions (accepting the tip and agreeing to the 15% contractual offer) were quite damning ... at least, in the court of public opinion. Because any good lawyer can "explain" those away in the court of law grin

This section is the most damaging

Tiger: Ehh! So, if anything goes through (Coach nods his head as he intently listens to Tiger) and those players get the contract, you would get 15% of the contracts.

Coach: (Coach nods his head in agreement to Tiger’s proposal) That’s no problem. Then, they would be in CHAN. (They finally part ways).

Once he collected the money, all defence has been thrown out of the window.

It’s implied. If the “agent” was direct the coach would be uncomfortable. The coach should not be taking “gifts” from agents in the first place. The “agent” by offering Salisu 15% should all go well did his part to influence Salisu’s future decisions. The coach erred by not turning it down especially at that point.

Icon79:
Honestly, this is NOT as bad as it sounds. I have problems with Yusuf taking the money and the accepting the offer of 15% if a contract happens, but other than that this transcript doesn't show much corrupt intent.

Bros, I don't know what/who gives you the idea that I condoned any of these

Listen, I wasn't condoning anything. Go back to my initial posts. On the post you just quoted, I was just engaging in an academic argument with Komekn. I wasn't exactly trying to stake a claim.

Humility017:

it is a big shame to read you condole these shameless act from salisu...
it goes to show that you have no principles...@all.
I am ashame to read the empty defense you put up there.....

that is simply bribery...it seems you don't know how bribery works in nigeria.... that's how it works in the civil service set up and lots more....

Nigeria is finished. If I vote this time, I’m voting for a candidate who has what it takes to make Nigeria great for once. I’m not necessarily voting for someone who can win. Enough is enough.

Discussion of bribe sums especially in the civil service does not sound like bribe discussion. Infact, if you have the transcript of these conversations, you will think, there are normal unless you know how things work officially.

That wasn't Richalison's real price Everton added the extra to make up for approaching Silva during last season. Watford blamed their bad results on it and even reported Everton to the league. This is to make up for that.
The fine can't be more than 5milla. Haba!!!

Try at least 15milla. That was the amount Everton offered Watford last season but they refused.

Honestly, when watching the IAAF and I see south Africans both in the Men's 100,200 and long jump, I feel so sad and depress. This guys are taking over our strong area, do not forget Ahoure cos okagbare is no longer her match. It is quite depressing.

Which foreign born is given special treatment specifically? I do not see the special treatment. Was Ola Aina not dropped?

If it was for footballing reasons, no one will argue but it looks like there is more to it. Omidiji's sister alluded to this a few weeks ago.

Onyekuru Grabs Assist In Galatasaray Friendly Win, Kayode Missing As Shakhtar Bag League Win

completesportsnigeria.com

Jul 25, 2018 8:52 PM

Nigeria forward, Henry Onyekuru, grabbed an assist in his first start for Galatasaray who beat Sakaryaspor 3-0 in a friendly game at the Sakarya Ataturk Stadium, reports Completesportsnigeria. com.

Onyekuru who is on loan at the Turkish outfit from Everton, was subbed on from the bench in Galatasaray’s two previous games.

The striker was replaced by Dogan Can in the 62nd minute of the encounter.

He was on target in the last game against Spanish club Valencia which Galatasaray lost 2-1.

Mugdat Celik grabbed the opener for Fathi Terim’s men in the sixth minute with Onyekuru providing the assist.

Younes Belhanda and Sinas Gummus scored the other goals for the Turkish champions.

In Ukraine, Kayode Olanrewaju was missing as Shakhtar Donetsk beat Desna 2-0 in their first league game of the campaign.

Kayode, 25, missed the clash due to injury which prevented him from playing in any pre-season game for the Miners.

Junior Moraes and Marlos Romero were on target for Paolo Fonseca’s men in the game.

The $1000 question is what did Salisu expect to gain out of the sale of a 35 year old Rabiu Ali?
The coach saw easy money, he was going to play them anyway so it was like killing 2 birds with one stone. But WAFU proved we needed improvement in their department but he was blinded by money.

“There were times with Umar that I would watch him and think ‘this is unbelievably bad’ and then 10 seconds later he would produce a world-class moment,”

“That for me sums up Umar Sadiq. He would go from magic to nothing and then magic again. Rangers fans can be sure life won’t be dull with him in the team. His style is strange but in a good way.

“He has fantastic, crazy moments but he can score goals and he was really important for our team.

“It’s really difficult to play with him but that’s why it’s also difficult to play against him. He is an instinctive player and you don’t know what he’s going to do next. Rangers supporters should expect the unexpected.

“If I had one piece of advice for Steven Gerrard then it would be to close his eyes sometimes when watching Umar Sadiq and hope that he produces a moment of magic.

“I’ve never seen a player like him – he is one of a kind.”

Any good, connected, corrupted and morally bankrupt Nigerian lawyer can in the context of Nigeria use legal Maradona. To.make a mockery of the intent, purpose and sprit of the law.

Just like IBORI discharged and acquitted on 72 charges in Asaba, but pleads guilty in London Court to almost the same charges and justice was duly served.

The moral of the story can true justice be served in Nigeria ❓ that's the question ❓
